Feel the space that you're currently in.
With your eyes closed,
Take a deep breath in.
Let it out slowly.
What do you feel around you?
If the walls were removed,
Only you would be left in that space.
Only this moment would exist.
Feel this moment.
You've never felt it before.
You've never been exactly right here,
Right now,
In this energy.
In this moment,
Nothing else matters.
Just be here.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Be with your breath.
Be with your body.
Be with the energy that exists right now.
Feel it.
Now let go of everything.
Just let it go.
The now is always available to you.
You are so powerful.
You are not your past.
You are not the future.
You are a powerful source of energy that exists right now.
Not yesterday,
Not tomorrow,
Right now.
You can only feel that power when you slow down.
And be in the present moment.
That is your most natural feeling,
To be in the present moment.
That is where your power is.
