Hello Light Leader,
This is not an ordinary meditation,
It is a weekly practice in which you will use your imagination to visualize what you want to manifest.
Anything you see in this reality was first created as a vision.
This is a sacred time every week to visualize your desires.
Before we start,
You must be open to all possibilities.
You must not bring doubt into the session and you must let go of any limiting beliefs.
Now I will allow you a moment to think about your desire.
Now that you know what you want,
Let's go get it.
Find a quiet space,
A space within yourself.
Close your eyes,
Leave your hands open,
Put one hand on top of the other.
Breathe in possibility through your nose,
It's possible.
Breathe out your desire through your mouth,
Release it to the universe.
Strongly breathe in possibility,
Slowly breathe out your desire,
It's coming.
Again,
Breathe in possibility,
Breathe out your desire,
Feel that it's coming.
You just released the energy of your desire into the universe.
Now that your desire is floating in open space,
See it,
Visualize it.
See yourself doing or receiving that desire.
Where are you?
Look at every detail of where you are.
What do you have on?
Who's there with you?
How do you feel now that you have this desire?
Feel it,
See it,
Become your desire.
Smile at the fact that you finally got it.
Stay right in this space.
Whisper to your true self,
I'm proud of you for not giving up.
Now take this brief moment to see yourself in your desire.
Really be there as if you already have it.
Come back to my voice.
You have it,
It's yours,
It's done.
Breathe in possibility through your nose,
It's possible.
Breathe out your desire through your mouth,
It's coming.
Breathe in possibility,
It's possible.
Breathe out your desire,
It's coming.
Breathe in possibility,
It's possible.
Breathe out your desire,
It's coming.
Prepare your body to come back.
Allow yourself to awaken naturally.
Your desire is coming,
Feel that to be true.
The universe is having so much fun getting the components together for you.
That person that you thanked is you.
It's coming,
It's yours and it's done.
The more you do this weekly meditation,
The more powerful it is.
Remember,
Anything you see in this reality started as a vision.
Throughout the week apply action towards that desire.
Practice breathing in possibility and breathing out your desire.
