Welcome everybody to stillness with Patti.
Take a moment to let yourselves get comfortable.
Taking a moment to let yourselves wriggle or stretch.
To do whatever the body needs to do in order to relax deeply and profoundly as we move together into this space of stillness,
Of mindfulness,
Of meditation.
So if you haven't already done so you can let yourselves close your eyes.
And taking a soft breath.
Taking a soft breath.
And as you do that feeling yourself starting to relax.
It's like the whole body is given permission to start relaxing deeply now.
And as you feel that relaxation starting to soothe its way through the body.
Gently letting yourself imagine that you are lying on the ground on mother earth.
Lying on the ground on mother earth.
And you notice how comfortable you feel the grass underneath you is soft.
The temperature is easy.
And you feel yourself held.
You feel yourself supported.
It's as if you're lying on pure love.
A mother's love that never ends.
And taking a breath into this place.
And as you breathe feeling yourself relax more and more deeply.
Surrendering to being held.
And as you rest in this place you feel yourself starting to sink into the earth.
Sinking into the ground.
And it's like you've become a tiny baby seed.
Tiny seed that's been planted in mother earth.
And you notice how easy it is for you to breathe in this space.
It's like the earth around you is breathing with you.
And you notice how warm and safe you feel.
This little seed planted in the dark soil.
It feels like relief.
Feels like respite.
And so quiet.
Gently buried.
Planted.
Nothing to do.
Nothing to fix.
Nothing to change.
It's incredible in a knowing that when the time is right,
When the conditions are right,
That you'll start to grow.
That you'll germinate.
But right now is not that time.
Right now is the time to rest profoundly.
Now is the time to rest profoundly.
And taking a moment to just breathe into this little pocket of safety in the ground.
To just rest here.
Being held.
Being loved.
Being nourished.
Being supported.
Everything you need is supplied.
Your only job is to rest deeply in this dark,
Safe,
Quiet space.
And you feel like Mother Earth is breathing you.
You don't even need to worry about breathing because she's breathing you.
And so you can relax even more profoundly.
Letting yourself be breathed.
Breathed by wisdom.
Breathed by love.
Breathed by knowing.
And so as you rest there is this little tiny seed.
All you feel is grateful.
Grateful to Mother Earth.
Grateful that everything you need has already been supplied.
And you soften into this thankfulness.
Softening into deep thankfulness.
It's like a quiet prayer of gratitude for your very existence.
And you feel yourself opening and surrendering even more deeply into this quiet thankfulness.
Just breathing.
Just being breathed in the quietness.
Every sound.
Every thought.
Every sensation.
An invitation to soften even more fully into this quiet gratitude.
Everything already here.
Everything already here.
And you soften into the quiet beyond all quiet.
Just resting now.
Just resting in the quiet.
And if you want to continue to deepen and rest in the quiet you can do that now.
Just dropping off the call or pausing your recording.
And letting yourself surrender even more deeply into this space of quiet.
Otherwise you can take a beautiful easy gentle breath in.
And letting it go.
And another soft gentle easy breath in.
Filling your lungs.
And letting it go.
And gently feeling yourself starting to make your way back into mindful presence.
Mindful awareness.

As you feel every part of you integrating.
