Lovely.

Welcome to stillness with Patti.

Take a moment to just gently lean back into a chair or the bed.

If you haven't got anything behind you,

You might want to actually lie down even on the floor and just let your back relax into being supported.

Letting yourself relax into being supported.

And breathing into the simplicity of that.

Just breathing into the simplicity of letting yourself be supported.

Taking a moment to deepen into that,

To relax even more fully into that space.

Maybe you want to wriggle or move a little bit.

Just noticing,

How can I get even more comfortable?

How can I feel even more supported?

And breathing into that,

Just breathing into the space of that.

And as you do that,

Bringing your awareness into your inner world,

Your internal space,

Your internal garden.

And just breathing into that space.

Breathing into the awareness of your internal space.

And as you do that,

Letting everything soften,

Letting everything quieten down.

It's like all the noise of our lives starts to fade into the distance.

Letting it fade into the background.

As you bring your awareness into your inner world.

And bringing your awareness to your heart,

To the space of your heart.

And taking a moment to soften into a place of love.

Softening into a place of love.

And however that looks for you,

Or however it feels,

However it sounds.

Just imagining or sensing that your heart is pouring love into your own body.

Maybe it shows up as light,

Or liquid,

Or air,

Or just softness.

Maybe it's a color or a fragrance.

Just imagining that your heart is pumping,

Pouring love into your body.

And it fills all the way down into your toes.

Your feet filled with love.

Your ankles,

Your lower legs,

Your knees,

Your upper legs filled with love.

Your hips,

Your pelvis,

Your lower back,

Filled with love.

Your belly filled with love.

Up your spine,

Your internal organs,

Your rib cage,

Filled with love.

Breathing into soft,

Easy love.

Filling your chest,

Your shoulders,

Down your upper arms,

Into your elbows,

Your forearms filled with love.

Your wrists,

Your hands,

Your fingers.

Filling your neck,

Filling with love.

Into your head,

And your face,

And every hair on your head,

A strand of love.

And feeling this love expanding out beyond your body,

Like you're in a bubble of love.

And as you breathe and open into this soft love,

You notice it has the fragrance of compassion.

Soft,

Tender compassion.

You feel that compassion moving into all the sore places,

The tender places,

The confused places.

Feeling compassion for yourself,

And everything you're experiencing.

Everything you have ever experienced.

The parts that were easy and joyful and light,

And the parts that weren't.

And just feeling this compassion,

Like it's wrapping you in a warm blanket of safety.

That no matter what is going on externally,

Even internally,

That this warm blanket of soft compassion is always available.

Always available,

And it's so much bigger than ourselves.

It's like the support of the entire universe.

And just breathing into it.

Just breathing into it.

And letting yourself rest in the softness of this compassion.

It's like resting in the words,

It's okay.

It's okay.

Everything is okay.

Everything is welcome.

Everything is welcome.

And letting yourself soften into the quietness of this.

Into the very stillness of this.

And just resting.

Just resting in the quiet.

Resting in the stillness.

Everything else just falls away into the very core of the silence.

Surrendering even more deeply into this silence.

Breathing in stillness.

Breathing out stillness.

And if you want to continue to rest and deepen in this place,

You can do that now,

Gently pausing the recording.

Knowing you'll come out of meditation at the perfect time.

Otherwise,

Taking a beautiful,

Soft,

Compassionate breath in.

And letting it go.

And feeling that compassion wrapped all around you.

As you take another beautiful,

Easy breath in.

And letting it go.

And just feeling into all the support that's available,

Seen and unseen.

Known and unknown.

Breathing into that.

As you take another easy,

Soft breath in.

Letting it go.

And very gently,

Letting yourself come back.

Feeling your feet.

Feeling whatever's behind you.

As you feel yourself coming back.

Coming back.

Coming back.
