Lovely,

Lovely.

Welcome everybody to stillness with Patti.

Take a moment,

You might want your eyes open or closed.

Notice what's here for you today as we start preparing to move into a mindful space,

A space of presence.

And just feel the natural settling happening.

Just feel yourself getting more comfortable.

This invitation for the energy to slow down,

The invitation for us to slow down,

To become more spacious.

And just breathing into this,

Softening into this,

Welcoming into this.

And if your eyes are not already closed,

You can gently let them close now.

And just noticing as everything slows down,

Like a fan winding down.

And just breathing into that space in your body.

And feel your head relaxing,

Your neck,

Your shoulders relaxing,

The upper arms,

The elbows,

The lower arms,

The wrists,

The hands relaxing.

And feeling your chest relaxing,

Your upper back,

Your middle back,

Your lower back relaxing.

Your internal organs,

Your stomach,

Your belly relaxing.

And feeling your hips and your pelvis relaxing now.

Down your thighs relaxing.

Your knees,

Your lower legs,

Your ankles,

Your feet relaxing.

And breathing into that flow of relaxation moving through the body.

It's like a beam of light and warmth from above enters through the head and then pours warm liquid relaxation through the whole body and out through the feet.

And taking a moment to feel that,

To feel the flow of that energy,

That warm relaxation moving through the body,

Moving through the body from the head,

Through the body and out through the feet.

And letting yourself be soothed by the warmth of it.

It's like liquid calm.

Letting yourself be soothed by this liquid calm.

And every breath becomes an invitation to relax even more deeply,

Even more fully.

And it starts to feel like warm,

Liquid love being poured through you.

Like the love of the entire universe is focused just on you.

The comfort of the whole universe focused just on you.

The well-being of the whole universe focused just on you.

Pouring through you every cell loved,

Every cell nourished,

Every cell warmed and soothed and bathed in calm.

And just breathing into this space.

Breathing into the comfort of this space beyond our understanding.

Comfort beyond our understanding.

Just breathing.

Just breathing.

Breathing in comfort.

Breathing out comfort.

As if comfort is breathing you into places inside you,

You didn't even know needed it.

And as you breathe into this comfort,

You open into the most beautiful internal peace.

Like a sea of tranquility,

Calm.

Everything else just falls away into this sea of peace.

And everything becomes quieter and quieter.

The spaces between my words gets longer.

And you find yourself opening,

Surrendering into this exquisite peace.

It's like peace is pouring through you.

And you can't tell where the edges are where you end and peace begins.

All one.

So soft,

So quiet,

So incredibly peaceful.

And letting yourself rest.

Letting yourself rest deeply in this vast,

Quiet peace.

Every breath carrying you deeper into this vast,

Quiet peace.

Just resting now.

Just resting now.

And if you want to continue to rest in this peace,

You can gently let yourself pause the recording and spend as long as you need in this space.

Otherwise,

Taking a calm,

Gentle,

Quiet breath in.

And letting it go.

And another soft,

Easy,

Peaceful breath in.

And exhaling.

You feel the depth of the integration happening.

As this peace integrates into every cell,

The body,

Well beyond the understanding of the mind.

Another soft,

Easy breath in.

Letting it go.

Gently,

Gently coming back,

Coming back into mindful awareness.

Coming back into presence.

Coming back.

Coming back.
