Taking a moment to let yourselves settle.
And leaning into whatever is behind you.
If you've got nothing behind you then noticing what's underneath you.
And letting yourself relax into that just a little bit more deeply.
As you do that taking a breath.

And feeling yourself in the knowing that when we take our awareness onto the body or into our body that the mind naturally calms down.
So simple and so easy using the power of our awareness to take the attention into the body.
So letting yourself do that.
Taking your awareness into your left elbow.
Taking your awareness into your left elbow.
The part of the body we definitely don't give a lot of attention to unless it's sore.
And taking a moment to notice what's there.
Such a clever hinge joint in the body.
Gives us a significant range of motion with our arms.
Leading to the incredible dexterity further down the arm with our heads.
So taking your awareness now to your hands.
And if you want to you can gently move them.
The science has never ever been able to replicate the full dexterity of our hands.
Our hands are also an extension of our heart energy.
Heart energy flows down the arms and is released out through the hands.
That's why we like to touch the people that we love.
We love to do creative things with our hands.
So we're touching and baking and painting and knitting and sewing,
Gardening.
Beautiful expressions of heart energy through the hands.
So taking a moment to feel that flow,
Feeling that flow of heart energy as it moves down the arms through those beautiful elbow joints into the low arms and out through the hands.
And I want you to lay your hands,
Palms facing down on a part of your own body.
Might be your thighs or your belly.
And feel that heart energy pouring down your arms and into your own body.
And very often we talk to ourselves in a way that we would never dream of speaking to someone else we love.
So just for right now,
Pouring love,
Pouring heart energy into yourself.
The places that are sore,
The places that are tender,
The internal places that need comfort and reassurance.
Feeling that,
Feeling that beautiful heart energy pouring down your arms into your hands and then being channeled back into your own body to go wherever it is needed.
Breathing in to that.
And noticing an internal space.
That might feel lost.
Or scared.
Or not enough.
Finding an internal space.
That feels lost or scared.
Or not enough.
Very often these feelings within us come from much younger parts of ourselves.
We're often laid down in early childhood.
So when you find this part of you noticing how young they are,
How little they are,
And then gently surrounding them with this love.
This love from yourself.
Like a warm blanket of comfort around them.
A warm blanket of love.
And gently saying to this little younger part of you,
Thank you so much for showing yourself to me.
Thank you so much for showing yourself to me.
I see you.
I feel you.
I completely honor and acknowledge your experience.
And surrounding them with this gentle,
Loving validation.
It's the energy of deep honoring.
Honoring their feelings.
Honoring their experience.
Honoring who they are.
And noticing if that little younger part of you needs a hug or wants to hold your hand.
Or whether you just need to sit together in companionable silence.
And breathing into the space of that,
The allowing of that.
You might notice that the body takes a deep breath or you sigh or yawn.
All of these are beautiful indications of deep healing and healing.
And deep healing and integration happening.
And gently resting in this space together.
Gently resting in this loving,
Warm space of togetherness.
And as you do that,
You start to soften into the quietness around you.
Everything else falls away.
As you soften and breathe,
As you soften and breathe into this quietness.
This quiet togetherness.
This quiet love.
This quiet warmth.
And simply breathing into this space.
Simply breathing.
And everything just falls away.
As this stillness starts to seep through.
This scintillating,
Vibrant stillness starts to seep into the space around you.
As it starts to expand and open.
And every breath and invitation for this scintillating stillness.
This vast,
Endless stillness.
This stillness beyond all sound.
Stillness beyond the edges of the universe.
Just opening.
Feeling it all through you.
Pouring through you like liquid stillness.
Like starlight stillness.
Infinite,
Endless stillness.
Just resting.
Just resting in the stillness.
So gentle.
So soft.
So vast.
This beautiful transmission of grace.
