Lovely,

Lovely.

Welcome everybody to stillness with Patti.

Taking a moment to let your physical body get comfortable.

Noticing where your feet are.

Are they on the floor?

Are they underneath you?

Are you lying on a bed?

Just noticing,

Noticing where your feet are.

And taking a breath into the awareness of that,

The noticing of that.

And noticing what's behind your back.

Noticing if there's anything behind your back.

You might not have anything.

You might have a bed or a chair.

If you do have something behind your back,

Just letting yourself soften into it.

Letting yourself relax into it.

And if you have nothing behind your back,

Feeling the support of the air around you.

Feeling the support of the air around you.

And taking a breath,

Taking a breath.

And as you do that,

Simply welcoming whatever is going on in your head.

If there is busyness or the pace is fast,

Lots of thoughts,

Just welcome them.

It's like meeting yourself where you are.

Meeting yourself where you are.

And then just watching the thoughts.

Watching them like streams of consciousness.

Streams of energy.

Just watching.

And taking a breath into that.

Taking a breath into that space.

And taking your awareness to your body and noticing how soothing the breath is.

As if every inhale is like a healing balm inside the body.

And letting the breath move all the way down to your toes,

To your feet.

And feeling your toes and your feet soothed.

Letting them soften into this soothing relaxation.

And feeling your ankles soothed.

And your calves and your shins,

Your lower legs,

Soothed by this breath.

Breathing all the way down to your knees.

And letting your knees be soothed.

Feeling the warm,

Soft,

Healing energy filling your knees.

And letting your upper legs be soothed.

Feeling the warmth,

The gentleness,

The ease.

And feeling the softening and the expansion of soothing energy.

Ah,

Feels like relief.

Feels like easing.

Letting it flow into your pelvis,

Your hip joints,

Your lower back.

All being soothed.

Into your belly.

And letting this soft,

Soothing energy make its way up every vertebra.

Into every muscle in your back,

Every tendon,

Every ligament.

Into your stomach.

All your internal organs being softened and soothed and eased.

This warm,

Healing balm surrounding everything.

And up into the breasts and the chest,

Across the shoulders.

Down the upper arms,

Into the elbows.

And down the forearms,

Into the wrists and the hand and the fingers.

And relaxing deeply into this softening.

Relaxing deeply into this allowing.

This soothing energy makes its way up your neck,

Front and back.

And into your jaw,

Into the spaces of your face.

Into all the sensory organs,

The eyes,

The ears,

The nose,

The mouth.

And over the top of your head.

This warm,

Healing balm filling the body.

Filling your body.

Just breathing.

And imagining that someone is pouring light into you from above.

Like pouring grace into your body.

A state of grace.

Feeling the calmness of that.

The steadiness of that.

The peace of that.

And you feel yourself softening into this grace.

Into this peace.

As if peace is breathing you.

And everything just gets quieter and quieter.

Softer and softer.

As your whole being opens into this peace.

This stillness.

And the spaces between my words get longer.

As the spaces are infused with grace.

Letting every breath become a prayer.

Surrender to this quiet.

To this stillness.

Breathing.

Just being breathed.

Letting the stillness carry you ever deeper.

Letting yourself be carried ever deeper.

And if you want to continue to soften and deepen into this quiet.

You can let that happen.

You can just pause the recording.

And when you're ready you can take a gentle easy breath in.

And letting it go.

And another quiet,

Soft,

Soothing,

Healing breath in.

And exhaling.

And very gently feeling yourself starting to come back.

Noticing again where your feet are.

Noticing what's behind your back.

And noticing the depth of the peace.

The quiet that is here now.

Taking another soft easy breath in.

Letting it go.

And just taking your time as you come back.

Coming back.

Coming back.
