Just taking a moment to get comfortable.
Whatever that means for you today.
And then giving yourself permission to get even more comfortable.
I'm just checking in and seeing what that means for you today.
I'm just taking a breath,
Taking a breath and feeling yourself climbing into your physical body.
Into this crazy meat suit that you run around in on this planet at this time.
I'm checking in with how the physical form feels today.
How does your physical form feel today?
Do you feel good,
Relaxed?
Are there places of tightness or tension?
Maybe you want to move a little bit just to check that out.
There are some spiritual traditions that believe in bypassing the physical form.
But in this space we use the body,
We use the beautiful,
Clever body that we've been given as a gateway to the divine.
As a gateway to all that is flowing with our physical form.
Just breathing into that,
Just breathing into that,
The acknowledgement,
The honouring of our physical form as a gateway,
As a portal.
And so taking your hands and placing them somewhere on your body,
Your thighs,
Your belly,
Your heart and greeting your physical form.
Hello body,
Hello my body.
And just feeling that,
Feeling what it's like to rest your hands on your own physical form and noticing your reaction.
Sometimes we can be very cruel to ourselves.
Sometimes we can drop into the deep honouring of the miracle that is our physical body.
And maybe you're somewhere between those two points.
But as you rest your hands on your physical form,
Taking a moment to drop into the space the space of your innate body wisdom.
The part of you that makes your hair grow.
That means you're able to hear the sound of my voice.
The part of you that can taste food in all its different flavours.
The ability to digest that food,
To absorb the nutrients of it,
To let go of what's no longer needed.
The part of you that makes your heart beat without you ever needing to think about it.
So taking a moment and feeling yourself dropping into the vibration,
The frequency,
The knowing of this incredible innate intelligence.
Just feel yourself sinking into it.
Even if there are things that you're not happy with,
Your body or your health,
There are millions of other functions happening perfectly in this moment.
And so gently taking your focus off what you may perceive as wrong and placing it,
Bringing it to the thousands of things in your body right now that are right,
That are working.
Just softening into that space.
Taking your awareness to your liver.
Your liver sits under your ribcage on the right hand side and one of its jobs,
One of its many jobs,
Is planning and organizing.
It sequences thousands and thousands of different processes in your body.
It knows the exact order that everything needs to happen.
Take a moment to marvel at that.
Taking a moment to marvel at that at that exquisite functionality of your body that you don't ever need to think about.
And sending some love to your liver.
What a clever liver.
What a beautiful job.
And softening into gratitude.
Softening into gratitude.
And feeling the warmth of that gratitude spreading,
Spreading through the physical form.
And taking your awareness to your precious,
Precious eyes.
Allow us to see the world.
And no matter what your vision is on the spectrum of what you would think of as good to bad,
It's taking a moment to honor and thank your precious,
Precious eyes.
Just loving them.
Acknowledging them.
And taking your awareness to your eyelashes and how they protect your eyes.
We don't often think about our eyelashes.
It's taking a moment to honor them.
Have such a beautiful job.
Just feel that love,
That gratitude.
And maybe there's another place or another function of your body that you feel drawn to right now.
To honor.
To acknowledge.
To give thanks for.
And doing that now.
Sinking into the softness and beauty of that honoring.
Just breathing into that gratitude.
And you start to feel the space inside yourself opening up.
It's like time slows down and expands.
And we can breathe more easily,
More deeply.
And noticing how the spaces between my words start to open up.
And you can feel the stillness starting to reveal itself.
Starting to flow into the open spaces.
And sinking into the joy of that.
The fullness,
The richness of the stillness.
As everything slows down.
Feeling the relief of that.
The yumminess of that.
As we start to sink and surrender into this stillness.
So effortless.
So vast.
So ever-present.
And softening even more deeply into the stillness.

And another exquisite breath of stillness.
And letting it go.
And feeling the magic of the stillness as it integrates.
