Lovely,

Lovely.

Welcome all my gorgeous people to stillness with Patti and taking a moment to let yourself settle,

Letting yourself arrive in this space and taking a moment to re-center yourself,

Taking a moment to re-center yourself and noticing what that is for you.

Finding that place inside yourself that is steady and grounded and present.

This is the place of our greatest power.

It's the place we have access to all our internal resources in the present moment.

So just feeling yourself re-centering and breathing in to that,

Breathing all the way down into the hips,

Into the legs,

Into the feet and into the ground and gently saying to yourself,

I am here.

I am here.

And as you rest in this place opening into your adult self,

A part of you that knows how to run the washing machine,

That knows how to do the grocery shopping,

Cook a meal,

Make a bed,

Your adult self and breathing into how grounded that feels.

The thousands of things that you are completely competent at doing.

You don't even have to think about them,

They just come naturally and just feeling yourself centered in your adult self.

Breathing into your body and noticing how clear and easy this feels.

Clear and grounded and easy.

Everything just feels straightforward.

And as you rest in this place opening into your big self,

You on your very best day,

You when your heart is open and expanded with love,

You in your most courageous moments,

Your moments of highest divine creative inspiration and feeling your energy opening outward,

Expanding outward to fill the whole room that you are in.

You in your moments of such kindness and compassion,

Moments of divine inspiration,

Moments of deep intuition,

Moments of quiet joy and feeling your energy expanding into those parts of yourself.

Just breathing into this.

Just breathing into this.

And as you soften into this place,

Anything no longer needed just drains away.

Falls away.

Dissolves away.

And sending a message of deep permission for your body to let go of anything that is no longer needed.

Any pain,

Any regret,

Any remorse,

Any sadness,

Any guilt,

Any stress,

Any worry,

Any loss,

Any unforgiveness,

Any helplessness,

Any hopelessness,

Any powerlessness.

Permission for your body to simply let go,

To release,

To soften your grasp.

And taking a moment to breathe into that gentle,

Effortless,

Soothing space of letting go.

Just letting go.

This is not an activity of the conscious mind.

It's an activity of the innate body intelligence.

Body knows exactly what to do and how to do it.

Your only job is to open the space of permission,

To open the space of allowing.

And then breathe into the gentle knowing of the letting go.

Giving your body some time and space to soften and let go.

Just breathing into effortless letting go.

Every breath an invitation for an even deeper layer to release.

Letting go of any efforting,

Any trying and softening into trust.

Just softening into deep trust.

Your body knows exactly what's no longer needed.

Your body knows exactly how to let go.

And letting yourself surrender into deep trust.

A trust beyond anything you've ever experienced before.

A trust so profound,

So quiet,

It has no words.

Just breathing.

And letting yourself soften into the warm underbelly of this trust.

Everything else just falls away.

Breathing in,

Trust.

Breathing out,

Trust.

Breathing in,

Trust.

Breathing out,

Trust.

And letting yourself step into the very heart,

Wrapping it around you like a warm,

Soothing blanket.

Everything exactly as it needs to be in this moment.

Just breathing.

All of life has got you,

Holding you,

Supporting you,

Loving you,

Taking care of you.

A wisdom way beyond our understanding.

And if you want to continue to rest here,

You can,

Just pausing the recording.

Otherwise,

Taking a soft breath in and letting it go.

And another soft,

Gentle breath in.

And exhaling.

If you want to,

You can gently take your hands and place them on the part of your body that resonates deepest with that trust.

Placing your hands on that part of the body.

Maybe your heart or your solar plexus or your lower belly.

And taking another gentle,

Easy breath in.

Letting it go.

And just letting yourself come back.

Coming back.

Coming back.
