My takeaway: Although there were too many quick fire prompts, it allowed me to imagine what a more vibrant, confident and creative version of myself looks like, so I may return to see how that looks more practically in the day to day, as many elements I couldn't imagine, because let's face it gleefully danciing around painting the roses red is not something that happens 24-7. 🦜 Thanks [KEY: 5=Insightful, 4=Interesting, 3=Okay, 2=Not For Me, 1=Irritating]

This course is fantastic! The exercises really do work. I listened 10 days in a row. Now I am going to go back and do a lesson a week and journal around it. The lessons are explained so well and the concepts have been easy for me to incorporate into my practice and life. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. It’s a game changer!

Just a stellar track. Great context and instructions. Although this was initially part of a larger course/challenge, I come back to this particular track a few times a year to remind myself of the power of laughter and to make sure I'm intentionally interjecting it into to my life.
