Namaste beautiful one and welcome to this affirmations meditation inspired by the reflective meditation with the title security in your true self.

Find a comfortable position and take a few deep breaths filling yourself with life energy and on your exhales release any tension and worries you may be holding on to.

Settle yourself into this moment.

This time is for you.

Listen to your natural soft breath.

With each peaceful breath become more aware of your true essence that which you are.

I will repeat each affirmation twice and leave plenty of space for you to repeat the affirmations that resonate with you.
