This Energetic Boundaries Meditation guides you will be guided in expanding your inner light as a source of protection against outside forces. You give and receive energy in all kinds of ways - mental, emotional, physical, spiritual - and if you're not mindful of your energy levels you can become easily drained. It's then natural to protect your energy by shutting down and making yourself small. Whether it's your own energy or energy coming at you from outside, you can create powerful energetic boundaries to help you stay centered no matter the circumstances. This mediation can be done anytime and will transform your life with on-going practice. Do this practice every day for 21-45 days for optimal transformation. (This guided meditation is for all experience levels with extra time at the end for you to practice on your own).

Welcome to the Stay With Yourself Protecting Your Energy Meditation.

Start by sitting comfortably in a chair with your feet firmly planted on the floor and your hands gently resting in your lap.

Hold your spine upright and strong as you soften the front of your body and allow your heart space to open.

Close your eyes and take three deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.

And with each inhale imagine your tummy is an empty balloon being filled with air.

And with each exhale imagine your tummy softening as you release tension.

You can imagine that your entire body is a balloon and on your inhale you are filling your body with air and on each exhale you are releasing all tension from your body.

Now I want you to imagine that your heart is a glowing ball of light and heat.

Imagine it to be much like a small Sun beating within your chest.

Imagine that with each inhale the oxygen that you take in is feeding the fire of this Sun within your chest.

And imagine it growing brighter and hotter and bigger and stronger with each new wave of oxygen.

And imagine this heat growing in your chest,

The Sun growing within your body,

Moving across your chest space,

Up into your neck and your face,

Into your shoulders and your arms,

Down into your chest and abdomen,

Tummy.

Inhale and see the fire growing,

The light expanding,

The heat intensifying until your entire body is filled with bright hot light.

Imagine the center of your body,

Your whole body,

Like the center of the Sun.

And soon the edges of your body can no longer contain the heat and the light and it starts to leak out through your fingers and your toes.

Light and heat are escaping through the crown of your head,

Your eyes,

Your mouth,

Your ears.

It's pouring out through your skin and soon can no longer feel the edges of your body.

They are no longer visible as this light continues to grow and expand around you with each breath in.

You are growing bigger and brighter and hotter.

The room can no longer contain you.

The earth can no longer contain you.

And so you rise into the sky.

You are the Sun itself.

Bright,

Hot,

Glowing heat,

Intense,

Offering your life,

Your beauty,

Your light to the world,

Pouring it down on everything around you,

Undiscriminating.

Feel yourself at the center of this.

Feel your chest opening,

Your body opening,

Your body alive with sensation and vibration.

And since you are like the Sun,

It means that you can be stationary and magnetic and that things will come to you.

You do not have to strive.

You do not have to hustle.

All you have to do is be in all of your glory.

Be resplendent.

Just be.

Now imagine that there are some things in your life that would make you feel small,

Not big like the Sun and the light that you are.

Imagine these things coming toward you in the state that you are in now and imagine them being burned up by your heat and your intensity,

For they are not of the same material that you are.

And they cannot withstand the heat.

Now imagine the things that you want,

You desire.

Be it just an emotion,

A way of being.

And imagine it coming to you and passing by and entering in and withstanding the heat,

Because it is made of the same stuff and it is here to aid in your higher good.

And go through this with as many things as you need,

Burning up what no longer serves you and inviting in what would only serve the light and that would nourish you and replenish you.

Cut a pathway to make it easier for things to arrive and allow your heat and your light to be a barrier to anything that would do you harm.

And just be in this place.

Start to imagine getting smaller,

Moving back down to the surface of the earth,

Pulling yourself in,

Bringing yourself back into this room.

But keep this ball of light surrounding you,

About a foot or two outside of your body,

And let yourself be the center of this.

And imagine going through every day with this protective energy,

Protected by this light where nothing is allowed to pass through that would do you harm.

And only those that are made of the same material that match you at that level of light are allowed in.

And if you need to,

If you're in a very tight space,

You can just hold this light right inside your body,

Right there at the edges of your being,

At your outline,

And let that be enough.

And you can expand and contract this protective light,

This barrier,

This bubble,

Whenever you need it to.

Take a minute imagining moving through your life this way,

Day to day,

Just at home,

With colleagues,

With loved ones,

In difficult circumstances,

In joyful circumstances.

Imagine moving through it with this light,

With this openness,

With this protection,

With the beingness of your own gravitational pull,

Without the striving,

Without the hustle,

Without the fears.

Trust in your well-being and how protected you are,

And the choice that you have always,

And what you let in.

Be aware of your body in this room,

Supported by your chair.

Take three deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Notice how you feel,

And when you are ready,

You can slowly open your eyes.
