Tonight's Bedtime Tale for kids a reading of the classic fairytale, Puss in Boots, by Charles Perrault. It has been narrated by meditation guide and mom-extraordinaire, Jessica Amos and includes a few minutes of gentle music at the end to lull you off to sleep. Sleep well and sweet dreams.

My kids fell asleep by the end . They usually have a very difficult time winding down and resist as hard as they can to fall asleep and it would take an hour or two, but this was less than twenty minutes. This will be part of our new bedtime routine!
