Meditation Timer OnlineDr. Stacy Wang is a bilingual clinical psychologist based in the United States who integrates mind–body practices into her work with individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, trauma, and chronic physical symptoms. Drawing from her clinical experience in hospital settings as well as her background in trauma-informed care, she offers gentle practices that help people reconnect with their bodies and regulate the nervous system. Her approach combines psychological science with accessible mind–body techniques, including guided meditation, somatic awareness, and nervous system regulation practices inspired by polyvagal theory and contemporary trauma research. Rather than focusing on performance or perfection, her work emphasizes safety, curiosity, and compassionate self-connection. Dr. Wang’s practices are especially supportive for highly sensitive individuals, people living with chronic discomfort or stress-related symptoms, and those who find it difficult to slow down or rest. Through simple and grounded guidance, she invites listeners to develop a more supportive relationship with their bodies and inner experience.
