Hello, I am Gabriella and this is a Virgo meditation, Sanctuary in the Small Things. Find a quiet, Comfortable place to rest, Either sitting or lying down gently, And closing down your eyes. Once you're in position, Take a long, Slow breath in, And exhale completely. One more time, Inhale, And exhale completely. Let yourself drop into stillness. Virgo is the quiet caretaker, The sacred servant, The healer who finds holiness in the details. As you continue to breathe, Begin to bring awareness to the smallest sensations, Your breath entering your nose, Your belly and chest rising, The subtle rhythm of your heartbeat. Virgo teaches us that every moment is a doorway to presence, That devotion is not grand, It is humble, It is daily, It is right here, Right now. I'd like you to imagine you are walking barefoot through a field of golden wheat. The late summer sun warms your skin, There are poppies blooming in the fields. Everything is calm, Everything is enough, There is a warm, Gentle breeze touching your skin. You bend to touch the earth, To tend to the soil. There is a reverence in your touch, Care in your actions, Grace in your slowness. Virgo reminds us there is sacredness in service, Healing in simplicity, And wisdom in the body. What in your life is asking to be tended to with love? Where can you offer yourself more compassion? Feel the earth energy rising through your body now, Calm, Grounded, Clear. Let it anchor you, Let it cleanse you of chaos of comparison or perfectionism. Repeat softly to yourself or in your heart silently. I trust the process, I find peace in the present moment. I am devoted to what is real and true. My body is wise, My work is sacred. Let these words settle into your bones like soft rain on soil. Virgo invites you to honour your rhythms, To slow down, To be with what is. Take one last deep breath in and a soft exhale out. When you're ready, Return to your body, Refreshed and grounded, Carrying with you the quiet grace of Virgo, The Virgin Goddess. You are the healer, You are the garden, You are the sanctuary.
