This meditation connects me to light.
Light symbolises consciousness.
When there is light,
There is a sense of being safe.
When the day dawns,
People awaken.
Light is the most beautiful,
Powerful source of life.
In this meditation,
I'm going to connect with that one eternal light.
The light that is a source for not just humanity,
But the whole world,
The entire universe.
I remember that I am light.
My body may be dense and heavy,
But within the body is that point of consciousness,
That spark of light.
And as I make this first step to know myself,
I can take the next step to reconnect myself with the light.
So I take my mind away from the ordinary,
Mundane thoughts about this world.
And to go to that eternal light,
I need to shift my consciousness to something above and beyond.
And so I allow my thoughts to move upwards,
Away from this body,
This world of matter,
Away from this physical world.
And I take my thoughts into another space.
I take my thoughts to another dimension.
I go back to that home of light,
The spiritual home of all beings,
The place of origin.
And I feel so light.
There is no heaviness,
No pull of gravity,
No pull to think of anything of the earth and my life there in this place of light.
I can just be light.
And I sense the presence of that one source,
The eternal light,
The light that is always aware,
Always conscious,
One who knows in the self,
One who is forever pure light.
And I feel the vibrations,
The energy of this eternal source.
His rays of light shine upon me.
And I'm pulled into this light.
And as I experience the light,
The beauty,
The purity of this one eternal source,
I am reminded that wherever there is light,
There is truth.
When I know myself as light,
I can see my truth.
And when I feel the light,
The eternal light,
Then I can experience all truth.
I just focus my thoughts on this one source of light.
And I allow vibrations of pure light to surround me and to penetrate deep into my heart.
Light upon light,
The light awakens me.
It awakens my conscience.
And as I sit bathed in light,
I the spark of light in the presence of the supreme eternal light.
I am reminded of who I am and whom I eternally belong to.
There was light in the beginning,
And at the end,
I will come back to this light.
