This body that you have likely been taught to judge and criticise,
Especially as it's ageing.
Imagine each and every cell in your body glowing with light as you send love and gratitude to each part of your being.
As you inhale,
Invite energy and ease to enter your cells.
As you exhale,
Release any negative perceptions you hold about your body and how it should look or feel.
Repeat after me.
I trust the process of ageing.
I am right where I need to be.
I am grateful for the lessons of the past and the opportunities of today.
My age is a testament to my strength and resilience.
Every day is a gift.
Each moment is a blessing.
I give thanks for this life and I embrace each new chapter.
