Loved this meditation.. made me feel engaged with my environment and my heart. Short, nonspiritual, and sweet. Perfect for secular beginners.

Edit: lots of ppl suggesting the background noises were annoying but as someone that shares a space with sometimes noisy roommates it made me feel at home and guided me in connecting with said noises rather than allowing them to detract from my practice 🤷🏻‍♀️
