The affirmations in this meditation allow you to take back your power.
This practice can be done anytime you feel imbalanced or unsure of yourself.
Find a comfortable position directly on the earth with your feet crossed,
Hands on your heart,
Eyes closed.
If you are unable to do this outside,
Simply visualize yourself on the earth.
Now,
Start to feel all the points on your body that are in contact with the earth beneath you.
You are grounded to the earth,
Grounded in the present moment,
In peace and in harmony with the earth and all that it has to offer you,
Knowing you are safe,
Held,
Protected and loved by the earth.
Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out and repeat after me.
I am honest and always my most authentic self.
I listen to my intuition and let go of self-doubt.
I release judgment and all voices that aren't mine.
I find joy even in the smallest of things each and every day.
I am love and I spread love.
