Daily reminders.

Place your hands on your heart space and take a deep breath in for a count of four.

And a deep breath out for a count of four.

Now imagine a golden light forming from the palms of your hands and spreading throughout your entire body until you are completely engulfed in this light.

Remember to quiet your mind.

Our minds tend to wander and indulge in various thoughts.

The more we can quiet our minds and be present in the moment,

The more we can find peace.

Remember to always love yourself and to spread love.

Nobody can love you the way you can love yourself.

So be kind to yourself.

Be your own best friend.

And when you truly love yourself,

You'll notice that love spread into your relationships,

Interactions and experiences.

Remember who you are.

It's easy to think that we can't be the highest versions of ourselves.

That version we've always hoped to be.

The truth is,

It's always been within us.

We simply need to realize it and walk in our highest self each and every day.

Remember to find joy in the everyday.

We tend to get caught up in the routine of each day,

But there is so much joy to be found even in the smallest of things.

Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
