It is important to reflect on your day, even if just for a few moments. Thinking back on your day and what you gained from it allows you to learn and do better tomorrow. It also allows you to find gratitude for all you already have. As you contemplate your day, you practice mindfulness and strengthen your mind's ability to notice the small details that may have been of significance. You can journal or just think to yourself as you hear the questions.

It is always helpful to take some time and reflect on your day.

So grab a cup of tea and find a comfortable position either on the ground or on your bed sitting up.

As you sip your tea,

Think back on how your day was.

You can start writing if that helps or simply think to yourself.

Feel free to pause the recording at any point if you need more time.

So how was your day?

What was an exciting thing that happened today?

Did you learn anything of value today?

What are you grateful for?

Were there any tough moments today?

What would you like to let go of as you get ready to rest for the night?

Now take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
