It doesn't take away from all your greatness.

This meditation can help you recenter yourself and find some love when feeling anxious.

Gently close your eyes,

Place your hands on your heart,

And take a deep breath in.

And breathe everything out.

Now repeat after me.

I love myself and this beautiful life I have.

I am grateful for all the wonderful people and opportunities in my life.

I am capable of handling anything that comes my way.

I am not alone.

I find ways to take action when put in a challenging situation.
