This is a practice to help you connect with your higher self. This is that version of you that you wish to embody. That version of you that has always been within you. You can now connect with your higher self and walk in it every day by repeating the affirmations in this meditation and scanning your body as it is engulfed in the light of your higher self.

This is a practice to connect with your higher self.

Find a comfortable place on the ground or directly on the earth with your feet crossed,

Palms on your thighs.

Gently close your eyes and breathe in for a count of four.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

And breathe out for a count of four.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

In for four.

And out for four.

In for four.

And out for four.

Continue focusing on your breath.

Now start to visualize yourself in your highest form.

Something that you wish to embody,

The person you know you can be.

And start to repeat after me,

Either in your mind or out loud.

I walk in my highest self today and every day.

I exude confidence and have a high sense of self-worth.

I love and accept myself as I am.

Slowly place your hands on your heart space and imagine a light forming,

Representing the energy of your highest self.

It can be any color you identify with best,

The color that comes up for you in this moment.

Feel it start to expand throughout your heart space and into your chest.

Feel it move into your back,

Your upper back,

Your lower back and making its way around to your belly.

The light then starts to move onto your upper body,

Over your shoulders and down your arms all the way through your fingers.

Slowly,

The light starts moving over your neck,

Your jaw,

Your cheeks,

Over your mouth,

Your nose,

Your eyes,

Moving up your forehead and covering your entire head in this light.

The light then starts to move down your lower body,

From your belly onto your thighs,

Surrounding your hips and then as it moves down your thighs over your knees,

Your shins,

Your calves,

Your ankles and all the way through your feet and toes.

You are now completely engulfed in this light,

Glowing as you exude this energy in this moment and always remembering that this version of you is always within you if you simply remember to truly accept it and love it each and every day.
