Self-love allows us to accept who we are in the present and all that has brought us to where we are today. The affirmations in this meditation strengthen your sense of self-worth, self-respect, and self-love. They allow you to feel more whole and remind you that there is no need to wait for love. Only you can truly love yourself the way you need to be loved. This practice can be done by sitting on the ground or lying down with your eyes closed. Even better is to do this in front of a mirror.
