Imagine you are sitting on a rock, barefoot, in the middle of a creek. This short guided meditation will allow you to find some peace and stillness by being present and grounded with the Earth. Earthing is a powerful technique that connects us with nature's energy and the energy within us. Ideally, you want to Earth for 15 minutes or longer. However, this can be helpful on days when you are limited in time.
