This fond embrace. Recent scientific studies have revealed that much of human behavior stems from a psychological need to belong. Feeling that we belong becomes a source of our self-esteem and happiness. So much so that our brain's reward system has been shown to respond as strongly to belonging as it does to money. This also means that when we lose that sense of belonging, It affects our brains in similar ways as physical injuries would. This is profoundly important to consider in our lives, Because in reality, We are eternal souls. But if we just live in the limited mindset that we belong to souls in particular bodies, Then when their bodies are gone, The belonging is over. Because of repeatedly coming under this illusion, We feel as if we have become spiritual orphans. But as eternal souls, Our real need is to belong to someone eternal, Our Supreme Mother. People often think of God as our eternal Father, But He's also our eternal Mother. He or She is both. If we have trouble opening up to this relationship with God as our Mother, Because of cultural conditioning or negative experiences, Then we are depriving ourselves of satisfying one of the most fundamental needs of the soul. So my dear listeners, I urge you to open your heart and recognize that you belong to God, The Eternal Mother. In this meditation, We will allow the pure vibrations of the Supreme Spiritual Mother to wash over your mind and heal your heart. Take a few deep conscious breaths. As you move into your serene center, You're relaxed. And with your mind's eye, You see your eternal self, Your spirit, Your conscious. Slowly and gently, The world of matter around you is dissolving and you come into a beautiful realm of light. Here in this world of light, You become aware of God, The Mother, The luminous, Pulsating light. Allow the pure vibrations of tenderness from the Supreme Mother to wash over your mind. Take a moment now and feel the energy of the Supreme Mother's embrace. It is deep, Precious, And tender. Open your heart to this sacred embrace. You feel a profound sense of belonging and comfort. Slowly sense yourself as a spark of light suspended in a universe of light. Again, You come into the presence of God, The Spiritual Mother. You experience a fond embrace from the Spiritual Mother. It is activating a deep memory of pure love. Take a few moments now and savor this fond embrace. You are precious. You feel cherished. Your heart is anchoring to this sublime love. Now gently come back and be the soul, A luminous light in the body. You are weightless and distinct, Suspended behind your eyes in this body. Again, Gently see in front of you the most beautiful, Perfect, Luminous, Spiritual Mother. Waves of love are emanating from God, The Mother. In this connection, You begin to see the vision this Mother has for you. You are God's child. God, The Supreme Spiritual Mother, Has a very transcendent vision for you, As special, As elevated, As precious. Take a few moments now and see yourself the way God, The Mother, Sees you. Savor the feeling of being seen, As beautiful, As innocent, As complete. Allow yourself to open completely to this vision. Waves of love and light are reaching you. You feel so loved and accepted by the Supreme Mother, You the soul. Very naturally dive into God's love. Allow this tenderness, This deep sense of belonging, To wash over you and heal the heart. You begin to see yourself in your true, Original nature. You begin to sense guidance. You begin to feel strength coming toward you in waves. This is giving you the courage to enjoy life and learn from the ups and downs of life. This connection is helping you walk a wisdom. You feel so accepted by the ocean of love, Waves of love and respect surround you. You absorb this pure love, This deep experience of respect within your being. You realize that you were searching for this altruistic love all your life. Now that you found it, You feel ecstatic. You surrender to this love and make a heartfelt promise to yourself that you will invest in this relationship with God, The Spiritual Mother. You know this connection is an eternal one. You feel secure because there is no fear of losing this love. Once more, Allow yourself to experience this fond embrace. Feel the love of the purest source of love and be nourished by it. See yourself as God sees you, Beautiful, Precious, Cherished. You begin to thrive and learn to love the world with that same kind of love, Compassion and wisdom. Aum, Shanti, I am peace.
