Take a few moments to centre yourself and prepare for an inward journey of healing.

Rest your eyes on the floor partially closed.

As you breathe in and out gently and slowly,

You're letting go of the outside world,

Allowing yourself to be fully present in this moment.

Breathe deeply and feel a pure golden light entering your body with each inhale.

As you exhale,

You release any tension or negativity that may be weighing you down.

Imagine yourself surrounded by this gentle,

Nurturing energy,

Like a cocoon of warmth and love.

As you sit here surrounded by this cocoon of love,

You let go of all worries and anxieties,

Surrendering them to the universe.

In this space of stillness and peace,

Allow yourself to be reborn,

Free from any past anxieties and hardships.

Feel every cell in your body being rejuvenated as you bask in the endless expanse of golden silence.

Visualise yourself on a serene hilltop,

Far above the noise and chaos of the world below,

The ground beneath you is solid and supportive,

Absorbing any lingering stress or tension.

As you let go and relax,

Feel your body sink into a state of deep peace,

On the verge of drifting off into a blissful slumber,

But still fully conscious and aware.

This is your sacred moment to recharge and rejuvenate,

Carried by gentle flows of pure light and love.

Slowly tilt your head back and behold a majestic celestial light radiating with power and grace.

It is the divine presence of God,

A warm embrace of healing rays showering down upon you.

This is the highest energy in the universe,

Untouched by earthly troubles.

In this moment,

Surrender to its all-encompassing love,

Allowing it to flow through every fibre of your being and wash away anything that no longer serves you.

Let it cleanse each cell in your body with its golden glow.

As you bask in the warm comforting glow of this radiant light,

Feel yourself being reborn.

Let go of all worries and fears,

Allowing yourself to be free from their grasp.

Your divine essence shines brighter than ever before,

Filling you with a sense of joy and vitality.

Each passing moment brings you closer to a state of pure bliss.

Open your heart and mind to absorb this healing light,

Allowing it to cleanse every part of your being.

Now,

Take a moment to speak to your body with gratitude and reverence.

Dear body,

You have incredible resilience and ability to navigate the physical world.

Dear every cell,

Please release any toxins or sickness that may be present.

Thank you body for your hard work.

I welcome healing light into every cell of my body.

Now,

Gently ask your body,

Are you happy with me?

Listen closely for its response.

Embrace the answer without judgment or resistance.

Take a moment now and tell yourself,

I will take action in alignment with my body's needs to bring true happiness to my whole being.

Again,

Ask your body,

What do you need in order to be truly happy,

Healthy and radiant?

Body,

Are you content with me?

And if the answer is no,

Ask again,

What can I do to bring you joy and vitality?

Listen for the answers without judgment and resistance.

Finally,

Let's send love and light to our bodies.

And remember,

Before we close the meditation,

It's important to have a gentle dialogue with our bodies to discover ways to improve its well-being.

This practice is essential for healing both the body and soul and bringing harmony and pure energy into our entire being.
