Hi everyone,
Welcome to this evening's energy therapy gathering,
The Forest Door.
I am going to be offering you an experience that will be a combination of me guiding you into the forest,
As well as some silence and small parts of the singing bowl.
My crystal singing bowl that I have here with us today is the F frequency,
Which is in alignment with our heart.
Our heart chakra is our bridge chakra,
So I chose that one as this vibration will resonate throughout our whole energy system.
For the meditation itself,
You want to just start by getting yourself comfortable.
The comfort can be whatever that is for you.
You can be sitting in a similar style here.
I'm sitting on a back jack.
You can be on a meditation cushion.
You can lay down if you would like,
Although you just want to be mindful because you might fall asleep.
This evening's guided meditation,
As I mentioned,
Will take you into the forest.
In our journey together in the forest,
I will be taking you to a place to allow you to release things that are holding you back or keeping you stuck,
And to step more into alignment with where you would like to be going in your life.
I look forward to this time together and sharing space with you,
And with that,
Begin to get settled in.
Just getting yourself nice and comfortable,
Adjusting around a bit if you need to,
And then when you're feeling ready,
Just close your eyes and start to relax.
Relax.
Begin just breathing in that relaxation,
And breathing out,
Feeling your body release and relax.
As you're breathing,
Start to feel your body gently ease into your space.
You can find yourself releasing any tension you might be holding.
You may notice your shoulders dropping further down into the earth,
Or perhaps your gentle inhale and exhale,
Having a bit more ease.
If your mind begins to wander,
Simply notice and allow yourself to connect back to the earth.
Simply notice and allow yourself to connect back to my voice,
Or back to the experience in the forest.
Imagine yourself standing on the edge of the forest.
This might be a place that's familiar to you,
Or maybe it's somewhere completely new.
You can see the vastness of nature in front of you,
And feel the curiosity inside yourself to begin to explore,
And you start to follow a path that you see that enters into the forest.
You can feel the warm energy of all that's around you,
The creatures scurrying about,
Birds chirping and singing as they fly,
Feeling the energy breeze by you,
And you find yourself taking a nice deep inhale,
Breathing in the freshness.
The air seems to be extra fine here.
With each inhale,
You can feel that freshness just entering your whole body.
You can feel how you feel so connected to the nature that is happening around you,
Noticing how it's also part of you.
Continue along your path as you take in these sights,
These sounds,
The air as you breathe it in,
And the connection that you feel in this forest with the trees and the animals.
It's as though everything is part of you.
As you walk through here,
You have no other worries,
Nowhere else you want to be other than right here.
You start to come upon a bend in your path,
And notice a pond up ahead.
Continue along the path and allow yourself to find a spot by the pond,
Be standing by it or sitting near it under a tree.
Sitting near it under a tree,
You can take a look around and see what feels right for you,
Noticing all the beauty.
Taking a nice inhale again,
Breathing in this clean,
Fresh air all around you.
You can feel it purifying your body with each breath.
Begin to notice the pond,
And the water and its gentle movement.
Take in the sounds that are coming from the pond.
The life living within it.
You can see this exchange in front of you,
Nature,
And the living that's happening.
How the living is with gentle ease.
Little creatures living here aren't holding on to worries or their yesterdays.
They're just here right now with you.
Imagine what it would be like to live your own life in that way.
Being fully present in all you're doing with no extra,
Just the experience in the moment.
Just how you notice it happening all around you in the forest.
In the pond.
Start to bring into your mind's eye those areas in your life you notice that might be a little bit more difficult to see.
Those moments that might hold you back from just being present in your own life.
It might be judgmental words.
It could be memories of past events.
Perhaps even areas that you're still holding on to that cause pain and keep you stuck.
As you start to notice these areas that you would like to let go of,
Begin to notice them on top of the surface of the pond.
You might notice the words floating on top or different images.
You might even notice small replays of events.
Of times you feel like you let yourself down.
Notice these images.
As they start to fade into the water,
You can see them start to fall apart.
You can notice how they lose their power.
As you ask the earth to take them for you,
To release them,
Allow yourself to let them go.
Anything you would like to release,
You can release here.
Any blocks you notice,
Judgments you're putting.
See as they sink down further.
Dissolving.
Releasing and letting go as the earth is there to support you.
Feeling grounded and rooted with the forest energy.
How will your body feel as you embrace this release?
What space will you have in your mind for loving kindness?
When you let go of self-judgment,
What walls will be removed from your heart?
As you move into self-forgiveness,
As you move into self-forgiveness,
Releasing your pains from your past.
Notice the calmness of the pond in front of you.
How even after absorbing all that you released,
It stays in this calm place,
This forgiving nature of flow.
What would it be like to give yourself that same kindness,
That same gentleness?
Anything you notice getting in your way of yourself,
You can leave it here in the forest.
You can release it into the pond,
Into the earth,
Giving yourself space to move forward,
To cultivate all that you desire ahead.
Take notice to your right,
A door.
Notice its shape and its inviting nature.
Notice its shape and its inviting nature.
You can see illumination all around the door,
Beautiful,
Vibrant colors.
You can feel it's warm.
And imagine on the other side,
It's that life that's no longer holding those areas that you're releasing,
Life that you're envisioning for yourself ahead.
As you're watching it,
You can see the door begin to open and its illumination.
Take in the sights.
Feel what it will be like.
What will be different?
You can find yourself moving closer with readiness to step into this new sense of self.
Step through this doorway,
Free from all those things you released.
Moving through this doorway into the light as it embraces you.
Moving you further in to readiness,
To creating all that you desire.
You find yourself now being on the other side of the doorway,
Feeling this release,
Feeling this newness.
Spend some time here taking in all that you feel,
All that is around you.
Feeling this gentle relaxation as the earth supports you.
As you breathe in,
You can continue to feel this ease through your body.
Feel this ease through your body.
You can notice the space you have from the things you've released.
You may notice your body free of tension,
Your muscles relaxed.
This feeling of ease,
This feeling of gentleness with yourself.
Know that you can bring this with you outside of the forest.
Know that that pond is with you in your mind's eye at all times.
The earth is there to support you no matter where you find yourself.
You know that any time you're feeling stuck,
You can go to this place in your mind,
Even just for a few moments,
And it will bring you back to this understanding of yourself.
That calmness that the forest air brings into your body.
Remember your very breath can bring you the same at any time,
No matter where you are.
Simply noticing will allow you to let go and step back in through that door.
Stepping back into your strength,
Your empowered self to move forward in action.
To release and let go and begin to start connecting with the rhythm of your breath and your body.
That gentle ebb and flow as you inhale and exhale.
Taking in a nice deep inhale and exhale.
Another nice inhale through your nose.
And exhale out of your mouth.
Starting to wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Maybe stretching,
Moving side to side.
Just letting go.
Letting go.
Letting go.
Moving side to side.
And opening your eyes as you're ready to do so.
Thank you for sharing that space with me.
Everything you did there.
The awareness of the things inside that you would like to let go of.
The judgments and the blocks.
That calmness of the forest.
The support of the earth.
And that pond.
It's always there ready for you to access inside yourself.
That doorway of illumination is always open.
Ready for you to step through at any time you need to.
As a reminder of all the strength and empowerment inside yourself.
That never fades.
That never goes away.
Thank you again.
And I hope you found this helpful to allow yourself to let go of things that you no longer need.
And to be able to step in through that doorway of yourself.
Namaste,
My friends.
And try to get out into the forest if you can.
