Hello,

Welcome to Serenity Wellness Podcast.

My name is Nicole White and I'll be your host for this podcast series.

This series is dedicated to helping you tap into your full potential of how you can heal and balance your mental,

Emotional,

And physical well-being.

Let's explore our inner self,

Connect to our strength,

Welcome back and today is episode five.

Today is a special episode.

I'm just going to take us through a guided meditation to take us to the river of love.

This river of love is going to help you connect to divine love in a way that helps you to manifest and truly embrace the unconditional love that you can have towards yourself and others.

So I'm not going to talk a whole lot about anything else today,

Just kind of get us into the meditation.

You can start by just getting relaxed in your space,

Whatever that is for you.

You can be sitting with your legs crossed or stretched out.

You can be laying down,

Have a blanket on,

Just whatever is going to be comfortable for you today in this meditation.

The meditation itself will probably be in for about 30 minutes,

So you want to get yourself in a comfortable place that you can stay comfortable for that amount of time.

As you begin to settle in,

I'm going to just read to you a little about what this meditation is going to do for you today.

This meditation is going to take you to the river of love where divine love will be installed more clearly and deeply into your soul.

Divine love is a special kind of love that is more highly refined and has a higher level of consciousness than human love.

It is simultaneously many things.

It is a feeling of being loved by a kind and wonderful energy.

It is a feeling of being cared for by an energy that knows you intimately and is fully capable of taking care of all of your needs.

It is a feeling of being safe.

It is a healing and enhancement of your own ability to love so that there are no unhealthy feelings associated with it.

It is a love that you have for yourself and others that feels very natural and normal.

It is an energy similar to life energy that flows throughout your body and your entire being and is part of who you are.

It can be present in your space without having to have someone or something as its force.

It soothes and relaxes and nurtures and heals very deeply.

To begin,

Continue to get relaxed into your space,

Closing your eyes and connecting to the gentle rise and fall of your body as you breathe.

Breathing in,

Relaxation.

Breathing out,

Relaxation.

With each exhale,

You can feel your shoulders gently drop further towards the earth,

Allowing you to get further relaxed in your space.

Letting go of any stress or tension you may be holding onto.

If your mind begins to wander,

Simply observe your thought.

Allow it to float away and connect back to your breath or the sound of my voice.

Together we're going to go on a journey to a place of love and peace.

You find yourself standing on a path with meadows of flowers on both sides.

The sun is shining down upon you and the gentle breeze fills the air with soothing scents of all that surrounds you.

You can feel the warm vibrations of the sun as your body relaxes against it.

All beings you can see in this land,

You can love and they will love you.

This land is beyond time and beyond space.

You hold on to nothing here.

You have no worries,

No tension,

No sadness,

No thought.

You begin to follow the path and see a crystal clear river ahead running down the mountain side.

The path continues along the river bank and as you walk along the path you come to a bend in the river.

Just by the river's bend and listen to the slow currents as they relax all of your body.

Allow your breath to connect to the gentle flow of the water.

The sun is shining off the rippled surface of the water and the bend in the river creating a glistening shimmering light.

You realize this is no ordinary light.

It brings with it an energy of love that you have never felt before.

Allow this light to enter your soul.

Breathe.

Breathe slowly in and out of your heart.

Breathe in love.

Breathe out love.

Feel love in all of your being.

Begin to feel the energy of love from all that is around you.

You can feel the power of the love from the earth,

The sun,

The ripples of the river flowing gently with your breath.

Breathe.

Breathe slowly in and out of your heart.

Breathe in love.

Breathe out love.

Identify with that river of love,

The one that flows through you.

You are love.

You are love.

Things that inhabit your world,

Bring them into your mind's eye.

Your family,

Friends,

Loved ones,

Pets.

Bring them to the riverside with you.

Surround them with love.

Share the light of love that is you.

All beings you can see in this land.

You can love.

And they will love you.

All beings you can see in this land.

All beings you can see in this land.

Slowly breathe in and out through your heart.

Breathe in love,

Breathe out love.

Do our love.

Slowly connect back to your physical body.

Beginning to connect with the gentle rise and fall of your body as you breathe.

Bringing back with you this awareness to this connection of divine love.

This divine love that is you.

It allows you to unconditionally love yourself and share that unconditional love with others.

Take a nice deep inhale and exhale.

And as you're feeling ready,

Beginning to wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Connecting back to your body and back to your space.

Maybe stretching your arms and your legs.

And as you're ready,

Opening your eyes and re-entering your space wherever you're at today as you join me.

Thank you so much for spending this time with me and allowing yourself to take time for this experience and connecting you deeper to what you already have flowing through you.

The love that is you.

As you start reconnecting and getting re-grounded in your area and space that you're in.

Some things to keep in mind with this meditation is it is a very heart opening and healing meditation for many people.

And so with this you may have found yourself connecting more to emotion and sometimes we connect more to our awareness of just relationship connections and things with family or friends that we're working on healing and understanding.

And that is quite natural and normal for this meditative experience because again it's providing some healing and connection to areas of ourselves that sometimes we divert or hide from or have some fear of connecting to in a safe way.

So with this often I encourage people to have some time for maybe a little silent contemplation about anything that comes up for you or often times people will just take a little time to journal about it.

Sometimes things also that happen for people after this meditative experience in this particular one with the river of love is that sometimes they find in their dreams some clearing and cleansing that they have in relationship situations and you know just keeping in mind that this is a healing experience and so if it happens it's just your body and your soul allowing you to heal and embrace this true nature of unconditional love.

So I hope this helps you in your connection and your journey and that you found it useful for you today.
