Welcome to this morning meditation.
This meditation is going to help you awaken all your senses.
Wake up to this beautiful morning,
Whether it's rainy outside or sunny.
Try to hear what you hear in your surroundings.
Try to feel how you feel.
Try to smell what you smell.
The smell of an early morning.
By awakening all your senses,
You become more conscious,
More aware,
More present in the here and now.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Out through your mouth.
Repeat that a few more times.
Now feel how your body is feeling in this morning.
Is it tense,
Soft?
Is your breathing fast or slow?
Is your breathing warm or cold?
Whatever you are feeling is completely fine.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Out through your mouth.
Take a moment to be present.
Take a moment to be conscious that this beautiful day is gifted to you to make the most out of it,
To feel alive,
To be kind and to be gentle with yourself,
To realize that your body is magical,
That breathing is magical,
That you are blessed.
Set an intention for your day.
And when this day is ending,
How do you want to feel?
When you go into bed tonight,
How do you want to feel?
Feel into that.
Feel into your intention.
Now bring a big smile on your face.
Feel how it feels to make this day a beautiful day.
You are worthy.
You are loved.
You are here to make this day magical.
