Good morning.
The goal of this morning meditation is to feel confident so you can start your day with confidence.
Start by sitting comfortably and close your eyes.
Breathe in through your nose and breathe out through your nose.
Observe your breathing.
Notice how the air comes in and out of your body.
Notice how the air coming in is colder than the air coming out.
How do you feel right now?
Feel your emotions and let them be.
Try to breathe as slowly as possible,
Breathing in positive feelings and breathing out all the negative feelings.
Breathe a bit slower and drop your shoulders a bit more.
Relax your face.
If you're troubled by self-limiting thoughts,
It's okay.
Just notice them.
Accept that they are there and bring back your focus to your breathing.
Breathe in positive tea and breathe out negative feelings.
Words are living organisms.
They not only have a profound effect on others,
But are also shapers of our confidence image.
What we say does matter.
But how we say it is of no less importance.
So now we're gonna start six affirmations that will make you feel more confident during the day.
Make sure you say it confidently.
I am patient with myself.
I am learning and growing.
I am worthy of all the good things that happen in my life.
Everything I need is already inside me.
Today I am giving love to my body.
Today I will speak kindly towards myself and others.
Breathe in and breathe out.
