Today we're going to focus on your self esteem.
We're going to try and relax by laying down or sitting in a comfortable position.
Notice how you're feeling right now.
Mentally,
Physically.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and release through your mouth.
Take another breath and feel your body relaxing.
Breathe in slowly,
Breathe out slowly.
Let the tension flow out of your body.
Begin to notice that your body starts to relax.
How your shoulders soften.
How your hands relax.
As you breathe,
Picture that part of your body that feels tense become more relaxed than it was before.
Breathe in,
Relaxation and breathe out tension.
Try to breathe a little bit deeper and deeper.
Yes,
Exactly like that.
Find your body more and more relaxed.
Now imagine a place where you can feel completely at ease.
This might be your favorite place in the world or a place where you are with a person.
That's up to you.
Imagine a place where you feel calm and happy.
Visualize the sights,
Sounds,
Smells.
Imagine how you feel physically and mentally.
You feel calm and safe here.
Remain in your peaceful,
Calm place while you meditate calmly and build your self esteem.
Say kind words to yourself.
Now we're going to say some affirmations to build your self esteem.
Use your imagination to fully believe that each of these affirmations is true.
Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Repeat after me.
I appreciate who I am.
I deserve to relax.
I deserve to be happy.
I am worthy.
All people have value and I am a valuable human being.
I trust the universe for what it's bringing to me.
I can handle it.
I approach challenges with strength and I nurture the child within me.
I accept myself.
I care for myself.
I am worthy.
Just like every human being is worthy.
I feel confident and I accept myself.
I believe in myself as I believe in the universe.
Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
Feel your body relaxing as you set these self esteem affirmations.
Slowly come back to this pace and remind yourself that you always do the best you can and that you are worthy.
