Welcome to this meditation of letting go of negative energy.
During this meditation we're going to focus on their breathing.
We're going to focus on the spots in our body that feel tense.
I'm going to breathe through it.
So whenever you're ready,
Find a comfortable place.
Either sitting or standing or laying down.
Whatever feels comfortable for you.
And when you're ready in your position,
Close your eyes and start breathing in through the nose,
Out through your mouth.
Slowly step by step,
Breath by breath.
Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
I want you to be aware of your body in this space.
Feel the energy around you.
But also feel the energy within you.
Take a deep breath in all the way to your stomach and take a deep breath out.
Letting everything go,
Squeezing your belly in.
Repeat that two more times.
Take a deep breath in all the way to your stomach.
Take a deep breath out,
Pulling your stomach in.
Deep breath in.
Feel your body all the way to your chest and a deep breath out,
Letting go,
Squeezing your belly in.
Now continue breathing on your own pace.
Just focus on your breathing.
Is your breathing warm or cold with every inhale?
Is it fast or slow?
Doesn't matter how it feels.
Just observe without judgement.
Continue breathing in through your nose,
Out through your mouth,
All the way to your tummy.
I want you with every exhalation to let go of the heavy energy inside you.
And with every inhalation,
You feel new and light energy flowing to every vein in your body.
Take a deep breath in,
Fill up your lungs,
Your body,
All the way to your toes.
Take a deep breath out,
Letting go of all the energy that feels heavy.
Take a deep breath in,
Fill up your whole body all the way to your fingertips.
And take a deep breath out,
Letting go of all the heavy energy you feel in your body.
Continue on your own pace.
With every inhalation,
Feel your body gets lighter,
Brighter,
Like sun coming into your body,
Filling your whole body up with positive energy.
And with every exhalation,
Feel every part that's stuck in your body,
All the tension moving out of your body,
Making space for new energies to come in.
Know that you are in control of what you hold on to and what you let go of.
You cannot control circumstances or events happening around you.
But you can control what you hold on to,
How you react to it.
But most importantly,
How you hold on to it in your body.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
And a deep breath out,
Letting go of all the heavy energy.
Feel your body getting lighter and lighter with every inhalation,
Making space for new energies to come in.
In the sun above you,
Shining on you,
All the light hits your body,
Makes your body feel warm and comfortable.
Your body feels more and more relaxed,
With the sun shining on it.
You feel the energy of the sun on your skin.
And every exhalation,
You let go of the heaviness.
And with every inhalation,
You take in the sun and the light and you light up everything inside you.
All the positive and vibrant energy moving through your whole body.
You are light and energy.
You have the power to light up a whole city.
You have the power to let go of what no longer serves you.
You have the power to let go of what feels heavy.
You have the power to make yourself feel light,
Happy,
Positive and relaxed.
All you have to do is focus on your breathing,
Breathe in through your nose,
Fill up with new positive energy and let go of what no longer serves you.
Know that you are light,
Know that you are energy,
Know that you are loved,
Know that you have everything within you to make you feel happy,
To have peace and to let go.
