My name is Salma Elishri and I'm going to guide you through this meditation today.
You just woke up to another beautiful day.
Find a comfortable seat or a comfortable position to wake up slowly step by step.
When you find a good position close your eyes,
Take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
With every inhalation feel the fresh air going through your lungs,
Flowing through your body.
With every exhalation feel your shoulders drop,
Feel more and more grounded.
It's a brand new day for you,
For everyone around you.
You are in control of how your day is going to be,
What you're going to attract,
What thoughts you're going to let in.
Focus on being aware and present.
And let's start by being grateful for this beautiful new day that is given to us.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
Fill up your belly and breathe out through your mouth.
Squeeze your belly in.
We may face obstacles today but we all can overcome them.
Know that your mind is a great power.
And with new thought patterns you can create new results in your day today.
So let's start with some affirmations.
Repeat after me.
You can say them out loud or you don't have to,
Whatever feels good for you.
Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
And repeat after me.
I trust the process of life.
I am safe.
I allow my thoughts to be free.
The past is over.
I'm at peace.
I love and approve of myself.
I am loving and lovable.
I choose to love and enjoy myself.
It is safe for me to care for myself.
Each moment in life is perfect.
I am loved by life.
I am powerful and capable.
I love and appreciate all of myself.
I live in the now.
I choose to see myself worth.
I love and approve of myself.
And I am ready for this brand new day.
