Welcome at this morning meditation,
Releasing anxiety.
During this meditation,
I'm gonna help you start the day with love,
Gratitude,
And being in peace with yourself and where you are.
At this point in your life,
Find a comfortable position either laying down or sitting,
Whatever feels good for you this morning.
When you're ready,
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
One more time,
Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
When you're waking up in the morning,
It's the best time of the day to set an intention for the day to come,
To be in balance and to feel what you really need today.
So I want to ask yourself to set an intention for your day,
Whatever it is that you feel you need.
Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
Maybe you feel already some anxiety,
Of course today.
Maybe you feel tension.
Try to find where it's coming from.
Where do you feel it in your body?
Scan your body from your toes to your crown.
Where do you feel the most tension?
And when you've found that spot,
Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out,
Letting go of all the tension on this spot.
One more time,
Deep breath in and a deep breath out,
Letting go of that tension.
Feel your body relax more and more with every breath you take.
Feel your mind coming at ease.
Feel yourself connecting with your body again.
When you think about the intention for today,
Try to feel warm light coming into your body,
Feeling your body coming more and more relaxed.
Take a deep breath in,
Feel the warm sun coming into your body,
Feeling your body with all of the good and the happiness regarding this intention.
Feel you embodying it.
Feel your body become more and more relaxed.
Feel the sunlight go from your toes to your knees,
Through your hips,
Your belly,
Your chest,
All the way to your chest,
Going into your arms,
Touching your fingertips,
And all the way up to your head,
Filling up your face with light,
And with a smile,
All the way to your crown.
Feel your body come into the sun,
Becoming light and relaxed.
Feel the tension moving away,
Making room for light and joy.
Know that today you are light,
You are the sun,
And everything is possible for you.
There is no need for any anxiety or stress to hold onto because you are light,
You are exactly where you are supposed to be.
Just be.
Be the light and shine the light.
