Please close your eyes and allow the outside world to fade away now.

Begin this journey by placing all of your focus on your breath.

Long slow deep breaths filling every space inside yourself with life giving energy.

And every time you exhale let the noise of the world fade further and further away.

Breathe deeper and slower inviting oxygen to reach places within you that have been longing for attention.

With every inhale feel yourself arriving fully into this precious moment.

And with every exhale just let the outside world completely disappear.

The noise,

The expectations,

The endless demands.

Let all of it fade away now because this is your time.

The only thing that matters right now is you.

As you continue to breathe slowly and deeply I'd like you to notice a warmth beginning to grow in the center of your chest.

It's subtle at first like the soft flicker of a new flame.

But with every breath you take this warmth grows stronger.

This warmth is the light that lives within you.

It's the part of you that has always been whole no matter what life has brought your way.

So allow this warmth and light to expand now glowing softly filling your chest.

And from there radiating out into every single part of your body.

Down your arms,
