Hello and welcome.
Welcome to Self Healing Mondays.
My name is Saskia and I will be your host on this journey today.
Just 15 minutes that are all and only about you.
You deserve this.
You deserve to make a little time to just check in and see how you're doing.
To connect to yourself.
To understand yourself more.
And to heal yourself.
So welcome.
To begin,
I'd like us just to settle into this safe,
Nurturing and supportive space together.
We're going to deep breathe through our nose as deep as we can.
Gathering up all the things that we do not need to have with us in this very moment.
And we're simply going to sigh them all out of our mouth.
Any responsibilities,
Tasks,
Lists of things to do,
Work,
Family,
Friends.
Any and all of it.
Just for now.
Just for these 15 minutes.
We're going to give ourselves permission to just let it all go.
So we can just be here now with ourselves.
So deep breath in,
Gathering everything you don't need right now.
And let it all go.
And again,
Deep breath in through your nose.
And release everything.
And one more time.
Deep breath in,
Gathering everything you don't need right now.
And just let it all melt away.
And feel your body relax and soften.
Feel yourself open up.
More space inside of you.
Everything is exactly the way it's supposed to be at this very moment.
So just allow yourself to be.
Today's guided meditation is about feeding your soul.
It's a part of ourselves that we often overlook.
We're disconnected from the most sacred,
Pure part of who we are.
Our soul.
We focus on our hearts,
Our minds,
And our bodies.
And we forget that underneath all of that is the most important part of all.
The very fiber of our being.
The essence of everything we are.
And that part of you needs to be nourished and cared for and appreciated and seen and heard.
We feed and nourish our minds with books when we read,
With the work that we do,
The conversations that we have,
And the constant stimuli that is everywhere,
All around us,
All the time.
We feed our hearts by being around those we love.
And we feed our bodies with food,
Nourishment,
Exercise.
But how do you feed your soul?
The most important part of all.
Feeding your soul is treating yourself with the utmost care,
Respect,
Admiration,
Value,
And love.
So how can you do that more?
How can you feed your soul more?
Feeding your soul is sitting in a hot bath with candles lit and music playing.
Feeding your soul is stepping away from all responsibilities and going for a walk,
Just to spend time with you.
Feeding your soul is lying on the grass and staring up at the clouds.
Feeding your soul is allowing yourself to be,
Instead of doing,
Doing,
Doing,
All the time.
So why don't we feed our souls right now,
Together,
Here.
Just imagine yourself surrounded by the most beautiful light.
And this light is recharging you,
Replenishing you,
Restoring energy into the core of you,
Your soul.
There's no doing.
There's just learning to simply be.
And so for the last song in this meditation,
I simply invite you to be.
To surround yourself with light and to simply feed your soul.
How was that for you?

Or did it feel uncomfortable?
Your mind full of thoughts.
There's no wrong or right way of being here.
Everything is welcome.
The key is just finding more time and more space to simply be,
So you can always remember to feed your soul.
