Welcome my beautiful dreamer.

You're about to go on a vacation inside of yourself.

You're going to step out of the world you know and step into your own inner world.

You spend so much time looking out of yourself and almost no time looking in.

Which is so sad because everything you need,

Everything you want,

Crave and long for all lives inside of you.

You just don't realise that because you've spent so much time looking the other way.

But not now.

Not here with me.

Maybe for the first time ever you're going to direct your gaze inward instead of outward.

You're going to switch the outside world off so you can go on vacation inside yourself.

You do this simply by closing your eyes and focusing all of your attention on your breath.

Take long deep soothing breaths in through your nose and as you exhale release any tension that's been clinging to you.

Breathe in gathering up any stress,

Struggle or racing thoughts and let them flow out of you now with a sigh.

And again another deep breath gathering up the noise of life and exhale feeling it all dissolve into nothingness.

Each breath is like a key unlocking the door to your inner world,

A place of magic,

Possibility and deep unshakable peace where the chaos of life cannot reach you.

Feel yourself sinking deeper and deeper into yourself with every breath and let the outside world fade away.

This is your vacation,

A place where nothing is needed from you.

Nothing is expected,

Nowhere to be,

Nothing to do except to arrive here fully and completely.

I have a surprise for you now.

In a moment I'm going to count to three and in your imagination you'll open your eyes and find yourself somewhere beyond your wildest dreams.

Are you ready?

Open your eyes and see the most breathtaking beach you have ever laid your eyes on.

The sky stretches above you like an endless canvas of soft blue pastels kissed by the golden light of the sun.

The ocean sparkles as if the water itself is made of liquid light.

Its gentle waves roll onto the shore.

The beach is wide and long with white sand that rises up and merges seamlessly into a lush meadow of wildflowers.

A dance of colours swaying in the warm salty breeze.

And behind the meadow standing tall are ancient oak trees.

Their mighty branches reach toward the heavens as if holding this space just for you.

These trees are your protectors,

Guardians of this moment,

Ensuring you're safe,

Protected and held.

Nothing exists now except this place that lives within your imagination.

Feel the energy here.

There are no worries.

There is no heaviness.

There is no world beyond this perfect place.

And all I want you to do is take a step forward.

No thoughts.

No hesitation.

No concern for where you're going.

Just step forward and feel the sand kissing your feet as you walk toward the water's edge.

Feel the warmth of the sun caressing your skin.

Feel each golden ray like a whisper of love.

A reminder that you're not alone.

That even on the dark days,

The grey days,

The hard days,

You are always held.

As your feet meet the water,

As the cool silken waves wash over them,

Something instantly releases inside you.

Like a deep subconscious surrender.

Every step you take into this crystal clear ocean dissolves all the weight you've been carrying inside.

The responsibilities.

The worries.

The looping thoughts that never seem to stop.

They all melt away.

Melting out of you into the water as if they never existed.

You walk deeper and deeper until there's nothing left to do but completely let go.

And so you do.

You lie on your back and you let yourself float.

Feel how the water welcomes you.

Cradling you in its gentle embrace.

Holding you effortlessly.

Supporting you completely.

So you can fully let go and just relax.

There's nothing to do.

Nothing to fix.

Nothing to worry about.

Just breathe.

Just be here.

Let the water cleanse you.

Taking away everything that no longer serves you.

Leaving you feeling weightless.

Safe.

Free and in complete peace.

And when you're ready,

Please step out of the water.

Your body feels so much lighter.

You feel so much freer.

Cleansed of all that was weighing you down.

You step back onto the soft,

Warm,

Smooth sand.

And it embraces your feet with a gentle heat.

Like the loving touch of something ancient and wise grounding you in its golden embrace.

With every step you take,

The warmth seeps into your being.

Soothing you.

Comforting you.

Welcoming you home to yourself.

And ahead you see the flower meadow calling to you.

A vast expanse of wildflowers stretching endlessly before you.

Lavenders.

Sun-kissed yellows.

Delicate pinks.

And the purest of whites.

And something inside you longs to lie down here.

To feel yourself being held by the earth itself.

Let yourself sink into the grass now.

And feel as a warm breeze drifts over you.

Kissing your skin.

Drying you in the golden glow of the sun.

The scent of wildflowers fills the air around you.

And for the first time in so long,

You feel completely safe.

The truth is you are always held.

It's just that you've forgotten.

But beneath all the chaos of life,

Beneath all the noise of the world,

There is Mother Earth.

A force of power and love that holds you always.

Nourishes you.

Sustains you in every moment of your life.

Allow her to hold you now.

Let yourself go.

Feeling completely safe and held.

Feel the great beating heart of Gaia pulsing beneath you.

Steady and ancient.

Hear her whispering to your soul now.

Asking you to give her all of your burdens.

She's asking your soul to let go of all pain,

Struggling and suffering.

And so you do.

You let it all sink out of you into the ground below you.

Anything heavy inside of you.

Any stress,

Any fear.

Just feel it all dissolving into the earth now.

Let it all go now.

Whatever it is.

Feel it sinking deeper and deeper through the layers of the earth.

Past the roots,

Past the stone,

Past the bedrock.

Down into the molten core of the earth.

Where it's completely transmuted.

Transmuted into gold.

And something rises in return from the very heart of the planet.

From the centre of the earth herself.

A light,

A golden current,

A force of pure electric power travels up now.

Through rock and mineral,

Through soil and root,

Through every layer of the earth.

Until you feel this energy rising into you.

Your whole body being illuminated by the light of the earth.

Like you just plugged your soul into the universe itself.

The earth is recharging you.

The earth is healing you.

You are no longer just lying in a meadow.

You are part of the earth.

You are part of this infinite,

Unbreakable current of life.

Breathe it in.

And remember what it feels like to be truly connected and deeply alive.

You slowly begin to sit up.

And see the most glorious sunset you've ever witnessed.

It stretches across the sky in an explosion of colour.

It's so impossibly perfect that it takes your breath away.

Every shade of the heavens floats before your eyes.

A living,

Breathing masterpiece.

As if the entire universe has conspired to put on a private show just for you.

This is a reminder that beauty always exists.

Even when you can't see it.

The wonder exists.

The magic exists.

Moments like this are possible.

And you watch the sunset mesmerised.

Your heart slows,

Your mind stills.

And for the first time in what feels like forever,

You are simply here in this very moment.

No past,

No future,

No thoughts,

Just this.

Just the sky adoring you with its colours.

The warmth of the sun still lingering on your skin.

The scent of wildflowers drifting in the air and a soft,

Gentle breeze kissing your face.

And then something catches your eye in the distance.

A hammock.

The only two palm trees on the beach stand tall,

Silhouetted against the sunset,

And between them a hammock sways gently in the breeze,

Just waiting for you.

Walk across the soft grass now,

Feeling every step anchoring you deeper into peace.

And walk toward the palm trees.

Allow yourself to slip into the hammock effortlessly.

Your body melting into its embrace.

And then a drink appears in your hand.

Your favourite drink,

Whatever that might be.

The most delicious,

Soothing,

Refreshing drink you can imagine.

The one your soul craves in this moment.

Just appears in your hand.

And you take a sip,

Tasting its perfection.

And now you simply relax.

Suspended perfectly between earth and sky.

Held by the warmth of the evening breeze completely at peace.

Watching the sky paint its final masterpiece for you.

Bask in the beauty,

The magic,

And the ridiculous amazingness of this perfect moment.

You must have dozed off.

You don't remember falling asleep,

But now as you wake,

You open your eyes and see the sky has transformed.

Above you stretches an infinite expanse of stars.

And all you can hear is the quiet kiss of the waves against the shore.

The sky is so vast,

So beautiful,

It feels like you've been transported into your own private planetarium.

And at the centre of all of it,

A breathtaking moon.

She hangs in the sky like a luminous pearl.

Casting a soft radiance over the beach,

The waves,

And your skin.

The night sky shimmers like crushed diamonds spilt across black velvet.

And then a streak of light.

A shooting star.

Then another.

And another.

Every few moments another brilliant flash cuts across the sky.

Here,

In this moment,

You can make as many wishes as you desire.

You can wish on every shooting star you see.

There are no limits,

No rules,

Nothing too big or too impossible.

Each shooting star is an open door.

A whisper from the universe daring you to dream.

So start wishing now.

For yourself.

For your future.

For those you care about.

For the life you're ready to step into.

Wish for love.

For freedom.

For excellent health.

For abundance.

For joy.

Because here,

Within your own inner world,

Anything and everything is possible.

Each shooting star is you choosing to believe in yourself and your power.

Let the stars carry your wishes into the fabric of existence.

Weaving them into the life that's waiting for you.

And as you make your wishes,

You see something in the sky.

A single small cloud beside the moon.

Pristine,

White and floating alone.

It begins to descend.

Lower and lower now.

Sinking slowly through the night sky,

Floating directly toward you.

As if answering a silent call from your soul.

It keeps drifting gently downward until it hovers right in front of you.

Level with the hammock,

Close enough for you to touch.

And you just know that this cloud is here to carry you home.

So without hesitation,

You slip effortlessly out of the hammock and step onto the cloud's pillowy surface.

And the moment your feet touch it,

It's like nothing you've ever felt before.

A sensation beyond softness.

Beyond comfort.

A cocoon of warmth,

Safety and pure love.

You curl into it feeling cradled,

Nurtured and held.

As you rest within the cloud,

It slowly begins to rise.

Lifting you effortlessly.

Floating up higher and higher.

Taking you to the stars and to the cosmos.

This cloud is taking you back home.

Back to your body.

Back to this present moment.

Back to the place where this vacation began.

As the cloud rises,

You feel yourself returning to your body.

To the space you're in.

Back to this moment,

Here and now.

But you return knowing something is different.

You are different.

You return lighter.

You return freer.

You return clearer and renewed.

And when you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes.
