Let's start by bringing our awareness to the senses.
Notice the sounds around you.
The sensations on your skin.
Maybe you feel the clothes on your skin.
And the support of the surface beneath you.
And now really feel the force of gravity everywhere around you.
Grounding you.
Connecting you to this world.
Really begin to settle in and relax your body.
As you bring all your awareness right into the center of you.
Just focusing on your breath.
And now imagine you're sitting around a cozy crackling fire at the beach.
It's a warm but dry summer night.
Above you are the stars,
Thousands of stars.
And in front of you the flames.
And you're not alone.
You're surrounded by your people.
Ground and see them in your mind's eye.
The flames dance on their faces as we settle into this moment together.
They are here because you shared your message.
They are here because they saw your LinkedIn posts,
Your Instagram reels.
They heard you speak on a podcast or even here on Inside Timer.
They heard your stories and they wanted to hear more of what you had to say.
They felt the closeness to you.
Because you showed up for them in a very real,
Vulnerable and transparent way.
They feel like they know you.
They feel like they can trust you.
They feel safe and connected.
To you,
They feel safe.
But also to everyone else that's present.
There's a very sublime energy of peace and trust that's present here.
Take a deep breath.
In and out.
And open your heart.
You're safe here.
With the people who resonated with your message.
You created this gathering of like-minded people by showing up and being visible to them.
And it feels really good.
You feel heard and seen.
This is why you do your life's work.
To create change.
And to resonate with the right people.
Your people.
And if what it takes to create these peaceful gatherings with other human beings is to keep showing up and being visible,
Then you're ready for that.
Because you are brave.
Because you are a change-maker.
Because you are a change-maker.
Your niche is those who have the same worldview.
Those who also believe in conscious business.
That's why you're communicating your worldview.
And sharing your passion about your life's work.
And helping people find solutions to their problems.
And you're so good at that.
Take a moment to rest in this knowing.
And just enjoy this moment of deep rest and relaxation now.
Around this fire.
In the loving company of those who've seen and heard your stories.
You feel a deep sense of peace.
