Just let the noise and the busyness of your day begin to fade away for this moment.
And now imagine a place where your soul feels safe and at peace.
Maybe it's a quiet forest path where the light filters softly through the leaves.
Maybe it's a calm shoreline where waves gently kiss the sand.
Whatever place it is for you,
Picture it clearly.
Now in this place,
You notice a figure walking towards you.
There is a sense of warmth and familiarity about them.
They move with ease and confidence,
Radiating calm and kindness.
As they draw near,
You realize this is your higher self,
Not the you tangled in daily worries or self-doubt,
But the you who knows your true worth,
The you who holds your deepest wisdom and courage.
They smile gently,
Their eyes full of understanding.
Feel their presence around you like a warm embrace.
Breathe in their calm energy.
Now silently ask your higher self,
What do you most want me to know right now?
The answer may come as words,
A feeling,
A color,
Or a simple knowing.
Whatever arrives,
Trust it because it comes from your higher self.
Let this message sink deep into your heart like a seed planted with care.
Just keep on listening for a few more seconds.
Before you leave,
Your higher self places a hand gently on your heart,
A quiet reminder that you are never alone.
They are always here,
Guiding,
Supporting and loving you.
Now take a deep breath together,
You and your higher self.
As you exhale,
Slowly bring your awareness back to the room.
When you are ready,
Open your eyes and carry this knowing with you.

You are guided with love,
