Breathe in deeply,

Feeling your shoulders rise up towards your ears.

Exhale,

Soften them down your back.

Breathe in,

Expanding and filling your chest.

Exhale,

Soften your ribs.

Let it all go.

Filling your chest,

Breathe in as fully as you can,

Filling your collarbones,

Feel the air coming in through your nose and traveling down into your lungs before slowly emptying out or as it leaves the body.

Breathing in all the way to the bottom of your lungs.

Breath warm as it leaves the body.

Following your breath in and out.

As you breathe in,

Letting the breath reach into your chest,

Taking hold of your breath.

Breathing that heaviness out of your body.

Feel it go.

Breathe into your chest,

Collecting the heaviness.

Breathe out and watch it go.

Breathing into the chest.

Breathing out and becoming a little bit lighter.

Breathing and feeling the chest releasing.

Breathing and feeling the heart softening.

Breathing and feeling the breath reaching all the way down into your belly.

Then rising up and out of the body as you exhale.

Breath reaching all the way down deep into your belly.

Then rising up,

Leaving the body a little bit lighter.

Breathe all the way to your belly,

Scoping up the tension,

Allowing it to rise up and out with your exhales.

Breathe to your belly,

All the way to your belly.

Breathing and collecting the tightness,

The aches,

Exhaling them away.

Breathing and feeling your heart softening.

Breathing and feeling your body softening.

Breathe into your heart.

Breathe into your heart.

Imagine a soft green light expanding out of your heart and slowly as you breathe,

Surrounding your entire body.

Feeling you in soft green light,

Comforting,

Warm.

Feeling soft green light blanketing your body as you continue to breathe.

Just breathe.

Feel your breath.

See the warm green blanketing your body.

For as long as you need,

Just continue to breathe.
