Take a moment and allow your body to get comfortable.
Whether you're sitting or lying down,
Start to soften your shoulders,
Relax your belly and begin to breathe.
Breathing deeply in through your nose,
A long exhale out of your nose,
Welcoming the breath to begin clearing your mind,
Welcoming your breath to begin opening you.
Patiently,
Steady in and out and feel yourself beginning to shift.
Breathe.
Just breathe.
As you feel yourself shifting deeper into yourself,
In your mind see or know that there is a doorway and behind this door is a place,
A room somewhere for you that is safe and comfortable.
Open this door and enter this place.
Take a moment and look around.
See where you are,
Feel where you are.
Within this place there are two chairs facing each other.
Go to these chairs and sit.
As you sit,
Simply breathe.
Take a moment.
For in a moment you will invite a part of yourself to sit with you.
This may be a hidden part or a not so hidden part.
There is a part of you that needs your attention.
With no expectation,
Come this part of you to come and sit in the other chair.
Once they have arrived,
Simply observe them.
Take note of what age they appear to be,
What emotional or physical state they might be in.
Really see them and perhaps already you know them.
If this version of you is unclear,
Simply ask them how old they are and any other identifying questions that you might need to know.
Once you are fully aware of who this part is,
Ask them what it is they are holding onto.
Ask them in what ways they are hurting or why they might be hiding.
When this information is received,
If it feels right,
If you feel supported and ready for this journey,
Ask them to take you into their memory and show you where they are living,
Where they may have gotten stuck.
When they have brought you to this place,
Step into this memory.
Step into the memory and take their hand.
Wherever it is that they feel they've gotten stuck,
Step into that moment with them.
Take their hand and begin walking them further.
Further through the memory until you bring them out of that hard,
Hurtful moment.
Walk them out of that pain and bring them to where you are now or to a place where they are safe.
Bring them out and show them that you are okay.
Once you have shown them that they are out of this memory,
Bring them to a beautiful place.
As you arrive in this beautiful place,
See it and feel that you are completely safe,
So comfortable.
And being here with them in this place,
Ask them what do they need from you?
Ask them how you can love and support them.
Hear what they have to say.

Tap your arms around them and welcome a warm light from above to flow down into you,
