Begin to deepen your breath.
And as your breath is deepening,
Shift your body to ensure that you are comfortable.
Settling yourself in.
Feeling as you deepen your breath,
Your body becoming lighter.
Breathe in and feel your energies expanding and opening.
Breathe out and release any heavy negative energies back to the universe.
Breathe and feel your energies opening and your mind clearing.
Breathe and feel your heart center expanding.
Breathe downwards into your root chakra.
And welcome the breath to move through your root,
Opening the energies here.
And now breathe to your sacral and welcome your sacral energies to expand.
As these energies expand,
Continue to breathe in a way that is calming.
Within these open energies,
Invite in your inner child.
Open space for them to come to you.
Once they arrive,
You may only feel them or you may see them.
Take time and just observe.
If you can see them,
Observe their appearance.
If you feel them,
Just sense.
Sense how they are feeling.
Take note of what age they are.
When you are ready,
Ask them what they need from you.
You will simply take time now to let the inner child communicate with you.
Simply receive from them.
Inner child,
What do you need from me?
When you have received the message from your inner child,
Tell them that you will provide for them.
That you will keep them safe.
That you are strong now and you will protect them.
Tell them how much you love them.
And then hold them.
Take them in your arms and hold them.
And feel as you hold them a soft green light blankets over you,
Sheltering you both and surrounding you in soft healing love.
Feel this.
And within that space of soft healing love,
The inner child will brighten.
Will turn to pure essence of energy and will absorb into your heart.
And you will carry and care for your inner child self always.
Breathe deeply now and allow yourself to feel whatever it is that you are feeling.
Breathe in welcoming in love and patience and comfort.
And breathe out all energies that do not serve you or your inner child.
Breathe deeply and slowly return.
Return to your body.
Return to the space around you.
