In your own time,
Placing your hands in your lap,
Placing your feet flat on the floor,
And closing your eyes when you're ready,
Taking a few deep breaths in and out,
Allowing yourself to relax,
And just really connecting with the present moment,
Tuning into how you feel right now,
Tuning into your body,
And just noticing if there are any sensations,
Any emotions present,
Any thoughts,
And just observing for the moment if there are sensations allowing them to be there,
If there are emotions again allowing the emotions to be there,
If there are thoughts allowing the thoughts to be there,
You don't want to change anything,
You're simply observing your present state as it is,
Fully accepting where you're at right now.
If your mind is busy,
Accepting it fully,
Allowing it to be however it wants to be,
And as you ground into the present moment,
Just taking a moment to settle,
Beginning to feel the weight of your feet on the floor,
Feel your feet getting a little bit heavier as you relax even more,
Feeling the weight of your legs in the chair,
Feeling your legs a little bit heavier as you relax more deeply,
Feeling the weight of your hands in your lap,
Feeling your hands getting a little bit heavier,
Allowing your arms to relax,
Feeling the weight of your whole body in the chair,
Feeling yourself sinking down a little bit more,
Feeling your shoulders relax down,
Feeling your jaw relax,
Feeling your forehead relax,
Feeling your whole face and scalp relax,
And releasing any remnants of tension,
And then using the breath to breathe a little deeper,
Breathing deeply into your abdomen on the in-breath,
Holding at the top of your breath,
And then breathing out,
Relaxing,
Releasing,
Letting go,
And then breathing deeply in,
Feeling your lungs expand as you breathe in,
Holding for a moment at the top of your breath,
And relaxing even more as you breathe out that sigh of relief,
Taking one third and final deep breath in,
This time filling up your lungs as far as you can go,
Breathing all the way up into your chest,
Holding for a moment at the top of your breath,
And breathing out that sigh of relief,
Letting go completely,
Feeling your body heavier in the chair,
Feeling warm and relaxed,
Feeling safe and secure,
Knowing that this is time for you allowing yourself to fully enjoy this space,
This time of healing and rebalancing.
I'm going to call on the angels,

Visualizing yourself standing in a beautiful lush green garden filled with the fragrance of colorful flowers surrounding you on all sides.
You hear the sound of bees buzzing as they go from flower to flower.
It's a beautiful,
Clear blue sky and you feel the warmth of the sun on your face.
You feel very safe and at home here.
And as you walk around the garden,
You're joined by Muriel,

And the color angels who are so delighted to be with you,
To be in this space of healing and to support you on your journey.
In your hand,
You're holding seven different crystals.
Each one is representing one of your major chakras.
And you take a seat on a log or a space that feels comfortable.
Maybe you sit down directly on the grass.
And you pick out the red crystal,
The red Jasper crystal in your hand.
And it represents your base chakra.
Your base chakra is located at the base of your spine.
And take a few moments to focus in on this chakra.
And just notice any worries,
Any thoughts,
Any fears or hurts from the past year that may have affected your base chakra.
Allowing them to be there without judgment,
Allowing what is.
And just letting go of everything that's holding you back.
And holding the crystal to your base chakra,
Imagine any negative energy,
Any heavy energy blowing from this chakra,
Blowing out into the crystal,
Which immediately absorbs and transforms the heaviness,
The negativity into positive healing energy.
And this happens very quickly.
And the angels are with you,
The color angels are with you,
Supporting you,
Allowing vibrant red healing energy to flow into your base chakra as the heaviness,
The energy that you're letting go of flows out into the crystal.
And when the chakra is cleared and healed and realigned,
You hand the red Jasper crystal to one of the color angels and they immediately transform any remaining heavy energy.
And they immediately transform any remaining heavy energy into light.
And you're guided to continue on to the next chakra and you look into your hand and you're holding beautiful crystals and you notice the orange crystal,
The orange carnelian in your hand.
And it represents your sacral chakra.
You take the crystal and you take a moment to focus on your sacral chakra located just below your navel.
And you notice any emotions,
Any experiences that may have affected it.
And you hold the orange carnelian to your sacral chakra.
You imagine any negative energy flowing from the chakra out and into the crystal.
And the crystal immediately absorbs and transforms the energy into positive healing energy.
You take a deep breath in and out and you allow for the release.
And as you go through this process,
You notice that some crystals may absorb more energy than others.
And this is perfectly normal.
Just focus on the release of any heavy energy and the release of any negative energy.
And the transformation of that energy into positive light energy.
And the color angels are with you,
Flowing beautiful orange healing light into your sacral chakra as you release the heaviness that you've been holding here.
And when you're ready,
When the chakra is healed and balanced and realigned,
You hand the orange carnelian to one of the color angels to transmute any remaining heavy energy within the crystal.
And you move up to your solar plexus.
And in your hand,
You find a yellow crystal.
You notice that this crystal is citrine and you hold it in your hand.
You take a few moments to focus on the chakra.
And you tune into any emerging energy that you can.
And you notice that the orange carnelian is now a yellow crystal.
And you notice any negative emotions that lie here,
Any thoughts,
Any experiences that have affected this chakra.
As you hold the crystal here,
You blow any negative energy through your intention,
Allow it to flow from the chakra into the crystal.
And the crystal immediately absorbs and transforms it into positive healing energy.
And at the same time,
The color angels are flowing the most vibrant orange healing light into your solar plexus chakra.
You notice your solar plexus vibrantly beginning to sparkle and shine a beautiful yellow energy that vibrates from it.
And you hand the citrine to the color angels and they transmute and transform any remaining heavy energy that remains in the crystal.
And you move up to your heart center.
And in your hand,
You can find a green or a pink crystal,
Whichever resonates with you.
It could be rose quartz or green.
Whichever color you're drawn to,
Whichever crystal you feel most drawn to,
This crystal represents your heart chakra.
Take a few moments to focus in on your heart center.
And any experiences,
Any emotions,
Any feelings that have affected it,
That still reside here.
And you can feel the energy flow from your heart center.
That still reside here.
Holding the crystal to your heart center.
Imagine the heavy energy flowing from the chakra into the crystal.
Feel and see the energy as it flows into the crystal and is immediately transformed into positive healing energy.
And at the same time,
The color angels are flowing beautiful green and pink light into your heart center,
Filling it with its radiant energy,
Allowing deep healing and transformation.
And when you're already handing the crystal to your color angels,
Allowing them to transmute and transform any remaining heaviness within this crystal.
And then moving on up to your throat chakra.
You look in your hand once again and you find a beautiful blue crystal.
This could be a blue crystal,
A red crystal,
A green crystal,
Turquoise or lapis lazuli,
Whichever crystal you're drawn to.
And this crystal represents your throat chakra.
Again,
Take a moment to focus in on this chakra and any emotions,
Any feelings,
Any heaviness that resides here that may have affected it over the past year.
And see and feel any heavy energy flowing from your throat chakra into the crystal,
Which absorbs it and immediately transforms it into positive healing energy.
And at the same time,
The color angels are flowing the most beautiful blue light into your throat chakra,
Aligning it,
Healing it,
Filling it with the most positive,
Loving vibrations.
When you're already handing the crystal to the color angels to transmute any remaining heavy vibrations within the crystal.
Moving on to your third eye chakra in the center of your forehead.
And you find a beautiful indigo crystal in your hand.
This could be sodalite or azurite.
Once again,
Take a few moments to focus on your third eye.
And notice any emotions,
Any experiences that may have affected this chakra.
See and feel any heavy energy flowing from the chakra into the crystal,
Being immediately absorbed and transformed into positive healing energy.
At the same time,
The color angels are flowing beautiful indigo light into your third eye,
Allowing for deep healing and rebalancing.
When you're already handing the crystal to the color angels,
Allowing them to transmute any remaining heavy energy within the crystal.
As you move up to your crown chakra at the top of your head,
You look in your hand once again and you find a final crystal.
This may be violet or white.
It could be clear quartz or amethyst or another crystal that you're drawn to.
And you find a beautiful indigo crystal in your third eye.

Whatever color feels most attractive to you.
Taking a moment to focus on your crown chakra and noticing any emotions,
Any feelings or experiences that may have affected it.
And set an intention for the heavy energy to flow from the chakra into your crystal.

And the color angels are supporting you again,
Flowing beautiful violet or white light into your crown chakra.
And when you're ready,
Handing the final crystal to the color angels to heal and transmute any remaining heaviness that lies within this crystal.

Allowing the water of life to cleanse and purify you from the inside out.
This water of life cleanses,

And soothes your physical body,
Your emotional body,
Your mental bodies,
Your spiritual bodies.
You hand the glass back to Phuel,
