So placing your feet flat on the floor,

Placing your hands in your lap,

Closing your eyes in your own time and allowing yourself to connect with this present moment.

So taking a moment to feel into your body,

Sensing how it feels.

You're not trying to change anything.

You're just observing your body,

Observing any sensations,

Any emotions,

Anything that's there,

Allowing it to be there without having to change it.

Just simply observing what's there.

And if you find your mind is wandering,

Bringing it back to the breath,

Bringing it back to your body.

Whenever you find your mind begins to wander.

So using the breath to breathe into any areas of stress,

Any tightness in your body,

Taking a deep breath in,

Bringing the breath all the way down into your abdomen and holding at the top of your breath and on the out breath,

Releasing,

Relaxing,

Letting go,

Breathing out that sigh of relief.

So doing this again,

Breathing in deeply,

Allowing yourself to breathe into any areas that need to be expanded by the breath and on the out breath,

Releasing,

Relaxing,

Letting go a little bit more.

So we're going to continue breathing deeply for a few more breaths.

And on the in breath,

You're going to breathe in universal life force energy.

So imagine breathing in,

Breathing in this universal life force energy through every part of your body,

Through every pore,

Every cell,

Every atom of your being,

And then breathing out,

Relaxing deeply.

So again,

Breathing in this universal life force energy,

Sucking it in through every part of your body.

And you might even visualize this as a certain color.

You might see it as bright white light.

You might see it as sparkling light.

You might just feel the energy of it as it enters your body.

And then relaxing as you breathe out.

So this time,

As you breathe in universal life force energy,

See and feel it coming in through every part of you,

Every particle of your being,

Sucking it in,

Absorbing it.

And on the out breath,

See the energy gathering and beaming out through your root chakra.

So breathing in again,

Breathing deeply,

Breathing in this universal life force energy and allowing it to come to a point within your body,

Just below your navel.

And as you breathe out,

See a beam of light beaming out through your sacral chakra.

Breathing in deeply again,

Breathing in the universal life force energy,

See and feel it as it enters your body.

See this light accumulating just above your navel.

And as you breathe out,

See a beam of light that shines out through your solar plexus.

Breathing deeply once again,

Breathing in the universal life force energy,

Absorbing it through every particle of your being,

Allowing the energy to accumulate in and around your heart center.

And as you breathe out,

See a beam of light beaming out through your heart center.

Breathing in once again,

Feel and see the universal life force energy as it enters your body,

As it fills you up.

See it accumulating in and around your throat.

And as you breathe out,

See a beam of light shining out through your throat chakra.

Breathing deeply once again,

Feel and see the universal life force energy as you absorb it into every part of you.

See it accumulating in and around your forehead,

Your third eye.

And as you breathe out,

See a beam of light shooting out through your third eye,

Out into the universe.

And breathing in a final deep breath,

Breathing in this universal life force energy,

Allowing it to accumulate in and around the crown of your head.

Breathing out,

Seeing a beam of light shooting out through the top of your head.

And then see this light as a column of light beaming through your crown and also through the center part of your body and out through your base chakra at the same time.

See this light beaming out through all of your major chakras in all directions.

And just sit with this energy for a moment,

Breathing normally,

Allowing the universal energy to flow through you.

Being an open conduit for the energy,

The life force energy to flow in and around and through you.

As you sit in this energy,

You can feel the vibration of the universal life force energy.

You can feel the scintillating energy that's coursing through you.

You can feel even a tangible tingling sensation as the energy pulsates and vibrates through your body,

Through your energy centers.

And if you feel a need to ground this energy,

Focusing on your feet for a moment,

Focusing on the energy of Mother Earth,

Allowing the energy to flow from Mother Earth through your feet into your body,

Bringing a sense of grounding,

A sense of balance,

Anchoring the energy within you.

Maintaining and holding this high frequency,

This universal life force energy.

And when you're ready,

Visualizing yourself standing in front of a beautiful,

Huge crystal pyramid.

With you are your angels.

And you notice specifically,

Zuriel,

Angel of Libra,

Haniel and Ariel,

And also some other guardian angels and guides who are with you.

You walk towards the crystal pyramid and you see a door opening up,

Allowing you to step inside.

And you see beautiful rainbow light refracted throughout the crystal pyramid.

And you find yourself inside a crystal corridor.

And it leads around the outer wall of the pyramid.

And you begin walking down this corridor.

And it turns many times.

And you continue walking and turning and walking and turning until eventually the corridor leads you to a central chamber.

And you step inside this central chamber and you enter a majestic courtyard,

A garden filled with a blossoming tree and a water fountain and a place for you to sit.

And as you sit,

You take some time to rejuvenate in this healing space.

You take time to appreciate the beauty,

The rainbow light that's refracted throughout.

And you're joined by Zuriel and Ariel and Haniel.

And they too are enjoying the vibrancy,

The frequency of this place.

And as you sit here in perfect peace,

Perfect harmony,

Appreciating your surroundings,

Enjoying the moment,

Ariel steps forward and in her hands,

She's holding a blossom.

She presents the blossom to you and it symbolizes your potential.

You gratefully accept it.

And you place it within your heart center,

Absorbing it into your being.

And you see a vision of your potential,

Of your highest potential.

And you feel into it,

You can feel the frequency,

The vibration of it.

And you realize that it's already within you.

Some parts may be unexpressed and that's okay.

You're opening up each day on more and more levels.

You enjoy the journey,

You enjoy the unfolding.

You enjoy the process of opening up to your highest potential.

Next Haniel steps forward.

Haniel is holding a ring and presents this ring to you.

The ring symbolizes your relationship with yourself.

You take the ring and once again,

You place it within your heart center,

Opening up to greater love for yourself,

Greater self-appreciation,

Greater compassion for yourself.

Knowing that when you appreciate yourself,

When you love yourself,

When you hold yourself in compassion,

You then have more capacity to do the same for others.

And the ring absorbs into your heart center,

Into the very heart of your being.

And you feel that sense of love,

That sense of compassion,

That sense of appreciation for yourself and all your wonderful qualities,

Your limitlessness.

You feel a greater,

Deeper sense of appreciation than you've ever felt before.

You thank Haniel for this beautiful gift.

And next Zuriel steps forward.

Haniel presents you with a small crystal pyramid,

A replica of the large pyramid that you are in.

And this pyramid helps to attune your vibration to the frequency of the crystal,

To the frequency of the light.

And you gratefully accept this gift.

And as you hold the crystal in your hands,

A beam of light shoots out through the top.

The beam expands and shoots out through the top of the courtyard and up through the pyramid that you're sitting in.

This light is showering blessings out across the universe.

And when you're ready,

You take the small crystal pyramid in your hands and bring it towards your heart center.

You allow it to absorb into your heart,

Placing it within you,

Accepting its vibration,

Accepting the healing light.

And the angels invite you to explore the courtyard.

And you stand and you begin to walk around.

And just taking note of everything that you see.

There may be some symbols or some other gifts or something specifically for you that you need right now.

So taking a moment to walk around,

Just exploring and seeing if anything jumps out,

Anything you notice that seems to speak to you.

And if you don't have a specific visual,

It may be a feeling or a sensation that comes to you.

You take another moment to explore the courtyard and any other gifts or symbols or feelings that come up for you.

You thank the angels for their assistance and you step towards an opening leading out to another corridor.

You begin walking this crystal corridor.

And just as you entered,

You walk down and through many turns,

You continue walking and turning as the corridor leads you to the outer door of the pyramid.

As you step out,

You feel renewed,

You feel like a new person,

You feel very different from before,

From when you entered.

You can feel your frequency,

Your vibration has changed.

It has gone up a notch.

You feel the high frequency vibration within you.

And you take a moment to ground this frequency into this now moment.

So again,

Connecting with Mother Earth and allowing the light to grow out through the soles of your feet.

See and feel light emanating from the soles of your feet,

Growing just like roots into the earth.

You're planting yourself in the earth.

And as the light grows deeper and deeper into the earth,

You feel more grounded,

More balanced,

More aligned with each breath.

And you gratefully accept the nurturing,

Green mothering energy from the earth.

As it travels back through the roots into your soles of your feet,

Flowing into your body,

Through your legs,

Into your torso,

Into your arms,

Your neck,

Flowing into your head and out through the top of your head.

You sit for a moment in this grounding energy while maintaining the higher frequency of the crystal energy within you.

And it feels so good to be in this balance,

This alignment.

It feels like you could stay here forever.

And you take another moment just to sit and appreciate without having to do anything,

Knowing that this is all that is needed right now to be right here in this energy,

Allowing it to flow through you.

When you're ready,

Visualizing a sphere of light surrounding your entire body,

Encapsulating the energy,

Protecting your energy field.

Taking a deep breath in and out,

Feeling a little bit of movement,

Feeling your fingers and toes as they move.

Bringing your attention back to the present moment and opening your eyes when you're ready.

Taking a deep breath,

Yawning,

Stretching,

Whatever you feel is needed.
