Close your eyes and as you breathe in state,
I breathe deeply,
Drinking in loving light and energy.
Visualise inhaling pure white light into every part of your body.
Breathe it in and on the out-breath let go.
Relax your muscles,
Release tension and worries.
And again breathe in stating I breathe deeply,
Drinking in loving light and energy.
See this white light coming into every part of your body and on the out-breath let go,
Releasing tension,
Releasing worries.
And again breathing in deeply stating I breathe deeply,
Drinking in loving light and energy,
Visualising inhaling pure white light into every part of your body and breathing out relaxing and letting go.
