Wow. This was beautiful. I loved your voice. A clear kind intro to set the tone, a period of breathing (mouth-mouth) and a smooth and compassionate end. Afterwards I felt light and sad in a good way. It also felt like I had been on another planet for a short while. 😉🙏🌸

I had some difficulties with the brief as I was unsure whether to keep breathing the same rhythm throughout the session or do a breath retention when the music slowed. Perhaps my volume was too low.

I love your breath work sessions! Amazing! I’ve been noticing during the breath work that my breath and body leans to the left side of my body…in particular the left side of my neck, head, face and chest. Any insight on this? Thank you! Bookmarked. Namaste 🙏
