Find a comfortable position,

Close your eyes gently or soften your gaze.

Take a deep breath in,

Letting your belly expand and then exhale slowly,

Releasing any tension.

Take another deep breath,

And exhale letting go,

Allowing your breath to settle into a steady and natural rhythm.

I invite you to bring to mind a clear vision of something you want to manifest in your life.

It might be an intention,

A dream or an experience you deeply desire.

See or sense yourself in this future reality.

What does your environment look like?

Who is with you?

Notice the colors,

Textures and sounds around you.

Bring as much detail to this as you can,

Engaging all your senses.

Now focus on how this manifestation feels.

What emotions arise within you as you leave this reality?

It might be joy,

Peace,

Excitement or a sense of accomplishment.

Let these feelings grow stronger with each breath.

Imagine this vision glowing with a bright radiant energy.

This energy expanding,

Filling you with positivity and confidence.

Allowing your vision to flourish as though it has already happened.

Say to yourself either out loud or in your mind,

I am worthy of my dreams.

I am aligned with my desires.

What I seek is already on its way to me.

Feel these words deeply within you.
