Settle in with a few cycles of breath.

Draw your shoulders up and then forward,

Rolling them slowly.

Return to neutral on an exhale.

On an inhale,

Draw them up again,

Rolling them forward,

And dropping them to neutral as you exhale.

In directions,

Inhale and draw your shoulders up and then back.

Return to neutral as you exhale.

And again,

Inhale,

Shoulders up,

And then back.

Exhaling,

Bring your shoulders back to neutral.

Are you alive?

Or are you living?

This daily affirmation phrase is,

I am living.

I am living.

Our conditioning allows us to operate on autopilot.

Conditioning is not bad.

But are you autopiloting important moments instead of living important moments?

I am living.

Our attention,

Our focus,

Is another way to signal to the universe that we want more of what we are experiencing.

Our attention changes the vibrancy of our memories.

What will you remember?

I am living.

Any moment can be turned from an autopilot moment to a living moment.

All that is required is your intention and your attention.
