As we begin our cycles of nourishing breaths,

Notice the sacredness of this moment.

This moment that is unfolding because you are experiencing it.

This moment that is sacred because you have made it so.

Ground yourself through your breath.

What does your breath feel like?

What does your breath sound like?

Realize what breathing looks like.

Breathe and ground.

Today's affirmation is,

I am a gift.

I am a gift.

As we move through life,

The universe gifts us with experiences and lessons.

Many times,

The mechanism for these gifts are other people.

I am a gift.

We are spirits having a human experience,

And we apply labels to these gifts.

Good,

Sad,

Lucky,

Horrifying,

Blessed,

And so on.

While you receive these gifts,

So too are you a tool of the universe to deliver these gifts.

I am a gift.

What we often lose in the hustle and bustle of our daily lives is that we are our greatest gift.

You might furrow your forehead or raise an eyebrow.

But you,

The human as you are,

As you have been,

As you will be,

Are the lens through which you,

The soul,

Experiences the possibility that is living.

I am a gift.

I am a gift.
